INTRODUCTION
Communication is defined as the key component that is used to accomplish more success
in the project. With communicate project progress and issue related with project stakeholders,
leadership and team-members are managed in an appropriate manner. Communication plan is
developed by organisation to complete all activities, methods and frequencies for transferring all
essential information in an organised manner. This report is based on Learn English UK and it is
a English language school established in London which provide basic concept and knowledge
about Local language of Europe to individuals (Lauren and Schreiber, 2018). Moreover, this
report highlights on general theories and barrier of communication for improving efficiency of
organisation by exchanging all information in an appropriate manner. In the last, strategies to
overcome barrier will also included in this report.

Organisational communication is explicated as a process and this is used to generate
statements, reports, proposal and reaction that aids individual to transfer all information on a
same level. Directional communication enable management of Learn English to interact with
peers with less involving of other level individuals in communication process. Modern theories
of organisational communication recognise the process of exchanging information. Both of the
theories focus on structure of organisation to transfer essential information among all
departments in an appropriate manner. Some of the communication theories which is beneficial
for Learn English school to communicate with students is mention as follow:
Actor-Network theory- According to the ANT theory human as well as non-human
factors are equally influential for organisation that support management to achieve success
through use technological innovation in their communication process. The theory looks that how
networks are developed and formed for contributing success (Ling and Ma, 2014). This also
suggest that no individual is able to achieve advancement and gain knowledge without proper
communication system. So Learn English accomplish more success through formulating network
that is used to accomplish better outcomes by delegating responsibility to observe and notice
successful aspects for gain success in market.

Adaptive structuration theory- organisation and group generate rules and resources
which define better structure for management. These structure are developed with social system
through which life of individuals is improved on their own. In last, quality of structure impact on
decision-making and decisions are impacted due to structure. It define person perform their work
by analysing areas due to which return of student is high. From the perspective of Learn English
adaptive structuration theory persons perform their work by including areas that impact on
decision-making to complete all work in a proper manner by transfer of information according to
decided areas.
Agenda setting theory- With understand of agenda setting theory this is analysed by
management that mass media organisation determine about all general population or students
who are engaged in company roles and responsibilities with motive of identifying balance that
aids in performance of work with motive of completing task to oppose about viewpoints and it
help to complete all functions to perform all functions in an organised manner (Notari,
Baumgartner and Herzog, 2014). Learn English implement and define about work that reduce
behaviour of persons to complete its task by matching belief of individuals.
Evaluate the barriers of communication at Learn English UK
Communication is defined as an important medium and it is used to instruct and
assessment about schools through interacting with pupils. This also aids persons for listening
what is states by teachers to perform all work according to decided learning opportunities.
Transparent and effective communication formulate positive environment and it aids effective
interaction between students and teachers of Learn English UK. Some barrier that generates
problems for respective school are discussed as below:
Location- School buildings of the Learn English is situated at central locations so the
street near building are always surrounded with individuals and vehicles. It generate
noise for organisation due to this number of complain is increased. This define due to
pass of traffic it is complex for students to hear sound of lecturer. It generates problems
for organisation to manage work with a safe environment (Pope-Ruark, 2015). This
define persons are focused more that create complexity for organisation to perform work
in proper manner.
Weather issue- Individuals or students who attend classes face heat at the time of
lecturer and it is because when windows are open than due to regular and constant crowd

heat is generated in environment. This creates heat around the surroundings of learn
English building due to which persons are not focused towards understanding about
individual knowledge. Students complain about light if window are closed so it is
essential person complete work in an organised manner.
Infrastructure issue- The major issue which is faced by management relates with
perspective due to which Learn English see challenges related with insulation aspects. In
the winter, wind flow with a high-speed due to which this is complex for students to gain
knowledge about all work in an accurate manner (Pratomo, Affandi and Rahardjo, 2015).
It defines the impact on infrastructure relates with areas due to which individual face
challenges related with cold. This also demonstrate change in weather is other reason due
to which person face challenges to manage it work in an appropriate manner.
Technical problems- Student face challenges because of technical perspective and this is
because technical issue create problems for students to communicate with their friends
and family because of poor quality of internet. Sometimes students also use Internet for
performing work to identify actual meaning but due to internet issue it is complex to
identify actual meaning. Moreover, individual is focused to improve knowledge for basic
concept to identify work aspect that improve areas of work for completion of task by use
of technology aspect.
Strategies to overcome these barriers
A lot of problems is faced by Learn English to manage proper and transparent
communication system and it define that students face constant problems to manage proper and
transparent communication channel due to number of students is constantly reducing with rapid
speed. So it is essential for Learn English that management develop strategies through which
elimination of barrier is started in proper manner. Noise, weather and infrastructure related
barrier are faced by management to perform their work appropriately. Some effective strategies
that are implemented by Learn English for minimising barrier is discusses as below:\
Eliminating difference in areas- Learn English ensure all work which is completed by
management is considered towards completion of task that aids towards selection of right
individuals. This is the responsibility of organisation through which person identify and
manage all work with decided areas (Santalova and et. al., 2018). Like, in context of
location one of the major barrier which is faced by management relates with elimination

of those aspects that create noise within classroom as it differentiate areas. In simple
terms, location is important element for reducing sound related issue from streets.
Active listening- This is important for an individual to understand and listen about all
hearing aspects which relates with knowledge-creation aspects. Active listening is an
important method or strategy and it aids students to improve work perspective through
which work is managed by performing all work with decided aspects. The strategy
related with active listening aids towards completion of work in proper manner which
aids in managing noise barrier that are related with change in weather conditions. Further,
it helps to understand about areas which is used in managing task with decided
perspective that improve act for minimising work related challenges to improve
communication system.
Simple organisation structure- The term organisation structure is designed in an
appropriate manner and this is used by management to perform all task in an organised
manner. From the perspective of organisation structure it is identified that manager
perform and manage it work through developing areas that make constructive results to
complete all actions by performing task with analyse of areas to improve individual
performance (Schneider and Liskin, 2015). Learn English implement and develop areas
that is used in performing task with formulate of organisation structure that is effective
and aids individuals to perform work in active manner. Moreover, structure and
infrastructure of persons is improved through implement of simple organisation structure
strategy.
With identify of all barriers this is identified by management of Learn English that
communication barrier generate problems for organisation. This create challenges for
management to perform their work in an organised manner and it results communication process
is not developed properly. So it is important to formulate strategy that increase number of
students in Learn English.

With the analyses of above report it is concluded that communication perform an
essential role for an organisation to manage all task with decided information. By developing an
effective communication perspective it is easy for management to engage individuals who are
engaged with performing work through which communication among organisation is increased.
