Communication is a very vital part of organisations and strong communication leads the
business to success. Communication is a process to changes or exchange thoughts, vision,
mission, knowledge and ideas. LearnEnglishuk is UK based company who provides service to
customer that how a person can use effective communication through some attributes. This
report will help to understand what communication is, theories of communication, effective
communication and barriers of communication so company or individual can overcome from that
in the context of Learnenglishuk Company. How the company using communication to achieve
their long term and short terms goals.( Miike, 2017)

Communication is very complex situation of organization as without communication people
cannot lead or run the business. As year changes communication theories are also revised by the
time. Effective communication helps to understand what company is looking for and what are
their goals for small to largest business.
Critical theory: - this theory determining the methods to resolve conflicts, preventing
difficulties between groups of people, motivating the employees to do more and giving direction
or guidance that will unite the workforce under a single organizational goal. It helps to resolve
conflicts between the manager, leaders, or employees under the different departments.
Information theory:- information theory as it name suggested how to share the important
information of the company to each and every person in effective way. It also establishes the
way to pass the correct information without any filter to its public with fewer mistakes or errors.
Information theory helps company to focus on how to fix statement so that they can't be
modified. Moreover, company should need to put some criteria in place to confirm
communications for exactness. Company might even hold the message recipient more
responsible way before sending it to the final version(Downing, 2019.)
