INTRODUCTION
It is essential for an individual to develop different skills and capability in
order to performance activities in better and effective manner (Kot, Castleden and
Gagnon, 2017). There are several ways though which an individual enhance their
skills and capabilities. There are several challenges and expectation from individual
that needs to be achieved. Performance, behaviour and experience of individual will
lead to have direct impact on education and employment of person. This report will
includes skills and competencies that is developed by individual which will support in
academic and professional activities. Apart form this different ways has been
determined that will help person to approach future challenges and expectations of
university course.

How and why you have developed as a learner during this module.
During this model I have focus on various skills and capabilities that will help
me in performing academic and employment task in better manner. It is important o
develop communication skills that will lead to have direct impact on personality of a
person. I have analysed that communication skills will help in me conveying my
thoughts in correct and accurate manner. Effective communication can be describe
as the capability of a person to express and transfer their ideas to other person in
effectual manner. Communication is a very crucial process and it does not includes
only conveying though but it also consist understanding other idea in better manner.
This is a two way process and it is very important for me to enhance my
communication skill in order to gain better source in academic course as well as
perform job role in accurate manner.
In order to develop communication skill I have use various techniques and
methods. I have analysed that communication is one of these essential skill that
needs to be develop and there are several ways that will support me in developing
communication skill. For this I have make communication as priority as well as take
classes that will help in improving communication skills. I have read different books
and articles in order to successfully communicate with others. Communication skill

can be enhance by effective listening capability of an individual (Balan, Clark and
Restall, 2015). I have analysed that gesture and postures are very important in
effective communication. Correct and accurate gesture of a person will support in
conveying thoughts in correct manner. I have developed communication skills by
using different approaches such as online videos to improve understanding and
capabilities. Along with this I have enhance my listening skills so that I can reply
correctly as well as communicate in effective manner.
This is an effective tool that will increase confidence to present idea and
thoughts to other in more creative manner. I have developed communication skills as
this will help me in grabbing more opportunity as well as gain success in future. I
have determined that by improving communication skill I will be able to enhance
team work capabilities and build strong team. Effective communication is essential
for developing strong relationships with friends, family as well as co workers.
How to approach future challenges and expectations of a university course.
I have analysed that there are several challenges occurs while completing
university cources. There are various expectation of university that needs to be
successfully achived in order to gain good grade in university course. I have
determined that my performance, behaviour as well as experience will lead to have
major impact on meeting expectation of university as well as resolving challenges. It
is very important to increase my overall performance to that I can successfully
handle future challenges as well as perform task in appropriate manner. By
developing and improving appropriate skills I will be able to perform in better
manner. My learning capabilities will lead to boast the overall performance at
University courses (Mejia, Rodriguez and Johnson, 2016). It is essential to perform
in appropriate and required manner in order to full fill the expectation of university
courses. This course are developed in order to improve my understanding and
knowledge about the topic. This will provide assistance in collecting data that will
lead to support in resolving future issues and challenges.
In order to perform better and meet with the University course expectation I
have analysed that my behaviour will lead to have significant impact. It is essential to
have positive behaviour towards university courses as this will assist in conducting
task and activities effectively. I have determined that my behaviour will lead to

influence my potential and capabilities. Positive and motivated behaviour towards
university activities will help in conducting task in correct and accurate manner. It is
essential more me to have motivated behaviour as it is crucial for resolving future
challenges. I have determined that I have capabilities in order to meet with the future
challenges as well as expectation of University. These capabilities are very
supportive in identifying new and innovative approaches in order to meet with the
expectation (Siemens, Gašević and Dawson, 2015). Along with this experience of
an individual will lead to have significant impact on ability to conduct task and
activity. I have determined that my experience will have significant impact on
boasting my capabilities and skills. This is very important in fostering approaches
and considering creative methods in order to solve challenges that occur during
university courses. Experience is very effective in guiding and directing individual
and through this I will be able to determine will approach will be more appropriate.
My experience is very supportive in taking correct decision in order to resolve issues
and problems.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that effective communication is
very important and this will help in enhancing my educational experience as well as
conducting employment task. It is crucial to consider my performance, behaviour and
experience while dealing with future challenges as well as meeting with expectation
of University course.
