INTRODUCTION
Development as a leader is very necessary to gain better outcomes in the module. This
essay covers that, how I have developed as a leader during module (Ünal, Çeliköz and Sari,
2017). There are reflections on how to approach future challenges and expectations of a
university course also has been discussed in the below essay. Basically, reflection gives
opportunity to learn many new things from the activities which we have conducted in the past.
MAIN BODY
Way in which I have developed as a learner during the module
There is no learner can achieve appropriate outcomes in the module without developing
its different attributes and specifications. Basically, there are many effective ways simply
available in the market place which can contribute in the overall development of a person while
university course. As a leaner, we have required to develop our many skills and abilities in order
to person very well during the module. There is very huge competition in each sector, so this was
necessary to me for developing own personality and professionalism for gaining huge
competitive advantage in marker place. According to one of my professors, each leader should
always have different employability skills, because these skills or competences enables to leaders
for giving very excellent performance within the university course. Currently there are many
effective ways simply available in the market place which can contribute in developing own
various skills and abilities (Huang, 2019). In this situation, I have used some most productive
ways in order to develop own skills and abilities. For example; there are communication,
presentation, problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, etc. some major skills and
competences which we have to develop to be fully developed as a leader within the model.
Basically, these skills make enable people for being well-developed leaners within the
university course, in which I have putted own huge efforts for developing these all employability
skills and abilities. For example; I have participated in that seminars and sessions where a coach
or a trainer share their effective point of views on how to be developed as leaner. In this
situation, after taking this step, I was able to understand one thing that we always need to follow
the concept of continues learning. The coach in seminar was said that, continues learning enable

capabilities. On the other side, I have used different books and journals, magazines, newspaper
articles, internet blogs & videos etc. because these sources are enough to grow own self as
leaners. Basically, in these all sources, there are different personality development experts and
specialists has shared their point of views and idea about how to develop own potentials as a
learner (Mendis and Dharmawan, 2019). With the support of these all source, I have succeeded
to be a very effective learner during the module. Currently I have enough skills and abilities
which can contribute in performing very well in the module. Without different methods of
development, high dedication and efforts, in could not have developed as a learner during the
module.
Reflection on how to approach future challenges and expectations of a university course
While studying at the university, we have faced many challenges, in we should always
have a specific plan for properly dealing with these all challenges. On the other side, a leader has
many expectations as well in the university course. In this situation, we should be prepared for
dealing with each type of factors as well as aspects, because this is very necessary to gain better
outcomes in the market place. Currently there are leaners not has proper plans for dealing with
challenges during the module, and that’s why different challenges has badly affected learners’
potentials and capabilities during the module. Recently I have participated in a personality
development session, and in that session existing trainer told to audience that we should create a
very effective plan for dealing with different challenges and expectations in a university course
(Krebt, 2017). That’s why I have been motivated to prepare a specific plan for systematically
handle different factors during the module.
As a learner, challenge relating to time management is one of major challenges to me, in
which I can face this challenge in the future, and that’s why recently I have to developed own
time management competence for dealing the challenge to time exceed in the future. On the
other side, a leaner faces challenge relating to interaction errors, in which with the support of
well-developed communication skills, anyone can simply deal with this challenge. That’s why
recently I have read those all books and journals which has based on how to develop own skills
of communication. With the support communication skills, now I can simply deal with challenge
relating to interaction error in the future. Many times, leaners consider giving presentation also
capabilities. On the other side, I have used different books and journals, magazines, newspaper
