INTRODUCTION
Reflective writing is a form of personal responses which are based on personal experience of
any event, situation and so on (Soulé and Warrick, 2015). In this process, thinking and learning
take a place that assist in determining own views for a specific topic. With the help of reflective
thinking, an individual can show their experience and knowledge of the topic that they are
exploring. This essay is going to cover different practice which are used for own development as
well as future challenges and expectations during university learning.

How have you developed as a learner during this study?
In this module I had learn several things as it included group presentation referencing,
reflection, SWOT analysis and critical thinking. All these frameworks help me at wide level in
managing several task related to my education within effective manner. Because there are several
place in life which require to implement strategies. As these mention strategies will provide
assistance in conducting professional operations in effective manner as well as some day to day
activities also.
As group presentation is important in professional career as it help in presenting things
within more effective manner. Thus, this module helps me in developing my skills related to
respective task and presenting things within more effective manner. Along with this, skills
related to giving reflection is also important Reflective writing can be describing as an analytical
practice where writer demonstrate a virtual or real scene, event, interaction, memory or form
(Starko, 2017). It can be used as a reaction for what has been studied or extract knowledge from
a specific event, lesson or a piece of literature which has been presented. This help me in giving
reflection about particular activity, task in more effective manner as well as it also helps me in
analysing my skills related to particular area in effectual way.
Apart from this, learning of SWOT analysis help me in identifying my own strength,
weakness, opportunity and threats. In addition to this, now I am able to implement this in relation
to an organisation also which assist in analysing internal and external both factors. Here, strength
and weakness are internal as well as opportunity and threat are external. Thus, learning
implementation of respective framework has wide importance in my life because it is providing
me assistance in analysing strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. Related to me as well as

of organisation also. Secondary important part of SWOT analysis specify what actions I have to
should consider for improving the performance of business. The internal strengths with the
external opportunities is often paired by analysis. Taking a benefit of an opportunity from a
position of strength helps to assure the success of the corresponding project.
Critical thinking can be defining as an ability to identify information objectively and to
make a valid judgement. It involves measurement of sources, like data, facts, evident
phenomena, and research collection. Learning critical thinking skills have its advantage in my
life because good critical thinker can draw reasonable conclusion from set of information as well
as discrimination within useful and less useful details for resolving issues and making decision.
Thus, learning all these framework has provided assistance to me implementation of several
activities within more effective manner.
Put a reflection on how to reach future challenges and expectations of a university course
As I discussed earlier that several model has been learnt by me while my class model i.e.,
group presentation referencing, Reflection, SWOT analysis, critical thinking and many more.
But as things are going on level of studies are also rising which create several challenges for me
in conducting future related activities. Thus, this models help me in conducting my activities
within effective manner without facing such challenges. With the assistance of these models I
will able to perform activities in more creative manner and it also provide me assistance in
achieving my targets related to studies within better manner.
For instance, with the assistance of SWOT analysis I am able to conduct internal as well
as external analysis. By identifying these factors, it will be easy for me implement positive things
within my working and minimise negative things. Along with this, there implementations will be
essential for me to overcome with the challenges which I was facing which conducting my
university courses. In addition to this, while doing group activity I faced numerous challenges as
working are not managed in effective manner. But I learnt group presentation skill with the
assistance of this I am able to overcome with the challenge of group activity and able to do my
university course in effective manner as well as gained better result within this. Because team
work is essential as at professional level also it has been needed, without conducting operations
in team will be not easy to achieve goals and objectives within effective manner (Beghetto,
2016).

Moreover, I face challenge in thinking process because everything has its positive as well
as negative aspect which I am not able to identify within effective manner. Thus, to overcome
with this challenge I use by critical thinking skill which I had learned in my class module. This
provided assistance to me identifying both positive as well as negative aspects of particular
activities. So that, I will obtain positive out of it and minimise negative impact which result me
in achieving my objectives related to university courses as well as help me in gaining better place
at professional level. Along with this, reflection skilled also I learned within my class module
which help me in conducting reflection on every type of activity. Through my reflective skill I
am able to give reflect about any topic which help me in university course a lot. Because there
are several courses on which I have to give reflection on particular topics including their strength
as well as weakness along with this, it is necessary to include what I had learnt by this topic. So
within this my reflection skill had provided ability to me by which I can conduct reflection on
particular topic within more effective manner.
Thus, through these skills I am able to overcome with the challenges which I faced while
doing my university course. As I face issue in internal and external analysis, thinking on positive
and negative aspects, reflections and many more. But above mention skills assist me in overcome
with these challenges in effective manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay it has been summarised that reflective writing is determining as a
great deal of time that spent by individual in thinking, learning and reading of others ideas as
well as opinions. These practices assist in enhancing writing skill of a person by describing their
own views effectively.
