INTRODUCTION
There is different type of skill that need to be developed by an individual while they are
entering into the professional line. Learning needs to gather attention from individuals so they
can perform their assigned task effectively. Efficient skill and experience runs hand in hand and
they help in determining what are the basic necessities that are needed for professional growth &
areas of personal development (Bledsoe, R.K., 2018). Apart from this professional business also
requires academic field for continuous learning of various factors. The current reflection is based
on the evolution of becoming a learner with examples and approaches to meet future expectation
and challenge.
REFLECTION
Demonstrate how you have developed as a learner during this module and examples from your
experience on the module
Every individual should focus upon their set business objectives and goals in order to
achieve growth by enhancing the skills that are needed for the future business growth. As a
learner I have personally analysed that there are various skills that need to be enhanced in order
to step forward towards the professional stage. One of the important skill consist of effective
communication skills by which thoughts can be exchanged. Communication results in moving
information from sender to the receiver with the message that they want to convey. It is essential
to have effective channel of communication so that information does not lose in the middle stage.
There are various areas that needs to be enhanced such as vocabulary, body language, speech and
sound in order to develop effective communication at the work place (Johnson, 2019). I
personally understand importance of communication in order to effective execute working
operations
I took initiative to communicate more with the peer members. I start taking participation
in different activities which were organised in the class. Vocabulary was enhanced by reading
more and more books. My teacher also guided me where I faced difficulty in order to walk on
the right pathways. In order to ensure proper communication an individual should firstly focus
on their listening skills. Communication not only means passing the message but to analyse
reaction of individual after listening the information that I have communicated to them. Listening
skill can also be improved with the help of presentation as the audience who are attending the

presentation will cross question on the topic which is unclear to them and answering them will
help me a lot in enhancing my listening skill.
I started taking accountabilities at my classroom which result in improving my
managerial skills. I will effectively work in the future time when there is ned to manage teams in
efficient ways. There are various theories applied for management of effective team which
includes Belbin’s team development theory, Tuckman's model etc. These models are very
effective in order to develop pathways by which team work can be managed so that I can
develop skills for professional career (Parker, 2018).
One of the most vital skill is Leadership which I need to work upon. This is the most
efficient skill that will help me to take the accountability of a team. When learning about various
skills and styles of leadership at workplace which includes democratic, transformational and
autocratic in the way to lead people at work place. The best style of leadership according to my
opinion is situational as people does not have to work on single agenda but their styles can be
changes according to the situation. In this aspect there were various development analysed in my
skills while finalizing university degree.

There are different challenges that will be faced in the future time when I will develop plan
to start my coursework at the university. A student from the university is required to have many
expectations as they should have good communication skills. I need to remove my fear from
performing on the stage and also time management as there are different subjects included in my
study. My course at the university is very flexible as there are various changes which are
executed in the external business environment (Peak, 2020). This is important factor for all the
individuals in order to adopt changes in their teaching methods. One of the important alteration
can be need to have online class due to plague of situation arising in the economy Covid-19 thus
there is need to maintain social distancing.
The anticipation of professors and lectures at the University were also high as I was
working according to their expectations and my performance was also remarkable. I was
approached to make presentation and perform different programme on the stage as it helped me
to groom my skill for future growth. I started giving presentation firstly to my friends who gave
me authentic decision that helped me in future growth. I started to work upon all my skills by
managing time frame for each activity so there will be no difficulty in management.

The agenda of time frame helped me in completing all the assigned task in desired time
frame in order to achieve set targets (Sigal and Jacobs, 2019). I focused on giving personal
attention to every candidate by managing the time in order to enhance performance. Every
subject is given equal importance in order to achieve set goals. In this aspect this is valuable
factor to enhance skills in order to face future expectations and challenges.
CONCLUSION
From the above reflection it can be concluded that there should be continuous learning
process for enhancing skills of individual. It is important that people should working upon those
skills in which they are weak in order to develop them so they will achieve their set target. There
should be effective communication so that operations are carried out according to the plan. It is
important to have time management skill in order to give equal weightage to every activity for
attaining future growth. Individual should analyse their strong and weak factors in order to work
upon those areas and achieve future business growth.
