INTRODUCTION
There are varied activities which are undertaken by an individual in their life span and
these are helping them to enhance their knowledge and to prepare path of academic success. In
the process of academic development, enormous opportunities are grabbed by individual in
rigours field and these could lead them in facing future challenges in optimal manner (Crane,
Glozer, 2016). This report is associated with critical reflection of learner knowledge and their
development. Along with this, various approaches can be used by individual in order to deal with
their future expectations and challenges.
TASK 1
How a person developed as a learner
Driscoll's module
This model is used in order to give explanation regarding reflection and to develop
process of learning as well. The model was developed in the year of 1970 in which three steps
are included:
What?: Under this experience regarding situation is required to be elaborated.
So what?: Under this influence from this situation is enumerated.
Now what? : Under this learning from the above experience is defined.
Step 1: What?
In current time world is full of competition and in order to attain success, individual is
required to develop their skills in appropriate and continual manner. Within learning classes
abilities are developed through which knowledge skills can be enhanced. Being a leaner I had
undertaken varied classes from prominent organisation in BUKS University. Foundation in
knowledge and creativity was the course which I had opted. Communication skills are one of the
most vital skills which were the major part of my course and this is extensively used by
instructors in order to sharpen speaking and hearing skills within students. In this context, tutors
are emphasised over giving theoretical knowledge within professional development course.
Along with this teachers are elaborating tactics to be used in order to enhance speaking abilities.
So by these theories real life experience can be grabbed by learner and speaking abilities can be
enhanced (Elstad, 2016). This is helpful for the learner as they can behave and communicate in
manner which is demanded by the situation. Various activities were performed in order to

communication capabilities can be improved. Along with this I focused over writing skills
besides communication skills in order to meet high level of professionalism. Within this process
numerous lessons were given by tutors to us through whom focus was drawn over enhancing
writing skills and improving grammatical errors as well. Besides this there are some prominent
concepts which are required to be undertaken by which sentence can be framed in error free
manner. Along with this knowledge related to past, present and future tenses are given by
teachers to students through which high assistance is being created in order to enhance writing
and reading abilities in effective manner (Föll, Thiesse, 2017)
Along with this, for a learner this is imperative that to sharpen their abilities of grabbing
knowledge. Under this digital technologies are being used in BUKS University for delivering
lectures and to make learning process highly effective. Power point presentation is being used by
tutors in order to create transparency in understanding process. This has helped me to develop
knowledge through which overall creativity can be enhanced. This is showing varied stages in
life and different entrepreneurs in respect of their family and different experiences. The
prominent objective of these activities is to prepare validated path through which various
challenges can be faced by individual in way effective manner. These procedures are
encouraging me so as to attain success within life and to get appropriate position at renowned
organisation.

level best manner. For example when a business is willing to inhale changes then these activities
are leading to increase business performance in such a manner that employees can be motivated
and show their fuller calibre to deal with complex problems. Within these situations, changes are
providing advantages and disadvantages to the company and the same can be communicated in
effective manner with the help of prominent communication. This is assisting the business for
inhaling development opportunities in such a way that goals and aims of the business can be

assisted me to manage and cop up with environmental changes and work with higher flexibility.
Tutors helped me to grab importance of ethical behaviour within workplace which helped me to
perform work in effective manner. Yet another element is performance interaction and under this
aspect tutors helped me to deal with this in such a way that prominent relationship can be
undertaken with others. This is the procedure which assisted me thoroughly in reaching to a well-
defined position at workplace by which I made a proper path of accomplishing my personal
goals and objectives. Within this and in the classroom real life incidences were executed by me
and these elements were inserted in proper way through which negativity which is arising is
being eliminated and level best decisions were framed (Smith, Kuchah, Lamb, 2018).
