 Sometimes I become the self- criticism person where I use to criticise myself which
makes me demotivated in conducting any work. I am a too detailed oriented person which takes more time to examine the things.

Reflective Summary
I am very glad and happy to say that I got an great opportunity to complete this report. I
got an opportunity in order to determine the things which I have learn in my academic sessions
and this report helps me in analysing my strengths and weaknesses. In this report I have used an
SMART Goal model which is used to helped me in analysing the skills and knowledges and I
have determined the time which is required by me in order to develop my skills these are helpful
in attaining my future goals. During this project I have faced an problem in analysing myself and
my weakness. It is also difficult for me to plan such strategies in order to overcome with the
weaknesses.
