INTRODUCTION
Earlier, the concept of education was just limited to providing theoretical knowledge to the
students. Whereas, in current era it has become highly important to assure focus on providing
fair treatment to all students in the school. Thus, within ensuring the effective methods of
teaching to students, it has become also important that fair and equal treatment to the students
must be given in the education curriculum. Education has become the complex environment for
the students and teachers as currently there are large number of rules and regulations have been
implemented with the education (VanTassel-Baska and Brown, 2021). The present consultancy
report will highlight the advice to the school in relation of the three specific themes of
underperformance. Also, the report will demonstrate a clear understanding of the themes and the
development that can be done in the selected issues. Lastly, the report will provide the
recommendations.
MAIN BODY
Demonstrating a clear understanding of the themes that school might want to consider
Demographics within the learner population which were underperforming and does not
feel supported
It is highly mandatory that students in the school curriculum must feel supported as when
they do not get enough support then, it leads to impact the learning ability of the students. Same
has been witnessed in the current school case, the demographic variables in the learner
population are underperforming and they are often not feeling supportive. Here is the proper
description of the demographic elements that are acting as a barrier in treating students in proper
manner.

Ethnicity- Ethnicity has been referred as the large group of the people that has bene categorized
on the basis of the tribal, linguistic, racial and cultural origin. Thus, this demographic variable is
acting as one of the biggest barrier in the school for students (Kelly and Martin, 2019). Those
students who does not have nationality and are of different colour (Blacks) has faced
discrimination in the school which has been resulted in demotivating them. Due to this, students
are often not feeling supportive.
Gender- On the basis of this demographic elements there is unequal treatment has been assured
to the students. Boys are getting much opportunity in comparison of the girls. However, in the
school curriculum the discrimination on the basis of gender has been completely termed as
illegal. Thus, this is one of the major social issue that is being developed in the school.
Income- Students in the school have been judged on the basis of their background which
involves the income of their parents as well (Graham and et.al., 2019). Thus, this leads to create
the major issue in school and it is often impacting the study pattern of the students. Thus,
students are feeling less demotivated, and they are not feeling supported. Also, many students are
from low-income background and therefore, they cannot afford the technologies that are being
used in education. This also creates lack of confidence in the learners.
Learners from low income household getting disadvantage through digital cases of digital
property
The learners which are from low-earning households often face issues in order to procure digital
tools for conducting their learning practices. This is due to lack of appropriate capital to invest in
these specific gadgets or internet requirement which is necessary for them in order to undertake
digital learning for their satisfaction. The developments in the information technology is helpful
in increasing the overall success of these learners in the industry (Kümmel and et.al., 2020).
These individuals are unable to grab the opportunities which are necessary for their overall
development which has a negative influence on their overall growth and suitability in the
learning environment.
This situation for people may arise due to low income levels which are not suitable for them to
have access to the crucial information and tools that are necessary for gaining digital knowledge.
The education of people with less income levels also plays a significant role in order to gain

between learners who are from lower and higher backgrounds as it can reduce their overall
