INTRODUCTION
1.How and why you have developed as a learner
Knowledge and creativity are both quite wide frameworks that focus on overall growth
and development of individuals. This can only be possible if people undertake effective practices
related to learning and skill improvement as well. Colleges of universities today are termed to be
a source or medium from where higher education can be gained. It is so as level of understanding
and depth of study in college enhances by great extents. Learning or knowledge enhancement is
a combined process that focusses on a number of processes or skills such as critical thinking,
motivation, commitment etc (Schwind and et. al., 2017). It happens so because students pursuing
college degrees are expected to be more mature and and responsible . In western culture, success
or growth is colleges is quite interlinked to future successes that might occur in economic or
social areas in life. It all depends on how good learner a person was while their college life.
In the present report it has been observed or ascertained that a quite higher amount of
individuals interlink learning to formal education that is provided at educational institutions such
as schools, colleges, universities etc. Children today from a quite early stage are told that they
should focus on achieving or gaining better education. However learning is a quite wide concept
that focusses on overall development of individuals and has a number of advantages such as
boosting confidence and self esteem of people. Also it helps individuals by making them less
averse to risk and also promotes adaptability to changes that occur in an organisation or any
other place. Also it has been observed that it helps in achieving a more better and satisfactory
personal life.
In my personal context, I needed to develop as an all round learner so as to achieve a
better and healthy personal life which further helps me in boosting my overall confidence and
skills quotient. Also it provides me with better opportunities which prove to be quite useful in
future. Every action that an individual undertakes happens due to various past experiences. These
experiences can be both positive as well as negative. Learning for some individuals still remains
to be an activity or process that can be interlinked or associated with educational context (Kelly
and Kelly, 2017). An example from daily life can be considered in this aspect that as infants
people learn a certain skills such as crawling, eating, walking etc but the time they start growing

their skill also develops and they further learn a number of activities and inordinate range of
skills as well.
2. How to approach future challenges and expectations of a university course.
Today the world is seen to be growing by extensive amounts and is advancing towards
uncertain future scenarios at a quite rapid pace. People today focus on redirecting the society and
challenges in such as manner that a sustainable growth and development can be maintained. In
context of universities and challenges it has been observed that providing education or teaching
students from distant cultures and countries happens to be quite a challenge for professors or
teachers employed there (Laskowski, Chybowski and Gawdzińska, 2015). This mainly happens
to be linguistic and cultural differences between people. In relation to this a few suggestions have
been provided to professors of universities that have been derived based on personal experience
of individuals. I personally believe that differences among students are quite essential element
and if they exist in huge amounts professors should consider employing a self managed learning
approach which will help in optimising performance of students. An effective way of achieving
this by receiving a software support.
Apart from this or in addition to this, professors can even consider employing a number
of technological elements which will be quite useful in gaining attention of students who face
issues during attending classes. Also Gardner'[s theory which focusses on multiple intelligence
can be practised in this case. As per my own research and evaluation I have found out that it is an
excellent theory which creates an effective and healthy environment in the classroom. Education
in the present context happens to be a quite major aspect which exists as a paradigm which helps
in revising or reorienting education in today's fastly developing society. These lessons are further
based on four pillars of education namely learning to know, learning to do, learning to live
together and learning to be as well. In relation to this, Einstein once said that no conflict or issue
can be resolved from the same amount of consciousness that created it.
Talking about international level, there are two major challenges faced by tutors and
students, first being role of supranational organisations which helps in prospection of trends and
improvements. Also it helps in promotion or growth of networking programmes that are
launched in a number of institutions (Zhong, Peng and Xiaolan, 2015). Also it has been decided
by UN that states or government bodies should provide ample of funds to universities and
colleges which will help them in functioning in an effective manner. Also they can further adopt
