INTRODUCTION
Learning development is an important aspect that plays an important role in the day to
day life of people. It is necessary that the individual must develop their learning so that they can
achieve the excellence that can help in performing day to day operations which requires the
improvement in the learning. This is beneficial in providing the effectiveness in better
understanding of the situation and the information that is being provided to the person. It requires
the dedication and motivation so that the development of learning can take place effectively. It is
one of the key aspects of a person's life that provides with the ability of having the better and
improved performance and making it a part of life (Amouzgar and et.al., 2018).
This report will explain about the various aspects of effective learning development. The
aim of the report is to analyse and understand the various aspects of the learning development.

The reflection on the innovation and technology in the construction industry can be made
as I have learned and developed the various types of knowledge and skills that has helped me in
having the effective performance in learning and developing the skills (Darling-Hammond and
et.al., 2020). The complete information about what I have learned and what are the various
factors that I have founded can be understood with the help of the Gibbs Reflective Model.
This model is effective enough in helping me in reflecting to the information and the
learning and development process that has been performed in the innovation and technology in
the construction industry (Gibbs Reflective model, 2022).
Discription
In the description I can say that I have experienced the effectiveness in my learning
abilities as I have been able to focus on the information that has been provided to me. I have
learned and experienced that the technology and innovation in the construction industry will be
able to provide the effectiveness in the achievement of the better and improved methods that can
be helpful in creating the better solution to the problems that can come in the construction
industry. I have experienced that there can be better performance and sustainability in the
construction industry that can be achieved with the help of technology and innovation
(Nussenbaum and Hartley, 2019).

I have learnt that with the implementation of the technology and innovation in the
construction industry there can be improved performance and better efficiency in performing the
regular tasks that relates to the construction industry. This has provided me with the experience
that there can be improvement in creating and building the environment more effectively when

Liverette, 2019). This has provided me
with the better understanding and learning of the various factors that can be seen in the
construction industry that has helped me in developing my learning.
Feelings and thoughts
In the process of the learning I had the various types of feelings and thoughts that has
helped me in understanding and having an opinion in the relation to the development. I had both
the positive and negative thoughts that have affected my experience about the learning as I have
been trying my best to effectively understand the information (Oyston, 2018). It made me
analyse the various factors of the learning and development that has been affected by the good
and bad feelings and thoughts in the relation to the technology and innovation in the construction
industry.
I had the good thoughts that made me have the positive opinion about the experience and
bad thoughts that led to the negative opinion. I had the good thought that I was able to learn and
develop the new skills and abilities that has helped me in analysing and understanding the
information. However, at some point I had the bad feelings and thoughts as I was lacking some
skills and qualities that is required to completely understand the information more effectively
(Fryer, Nakao and Thompson, 2019). This has made me to have both good and bad feelings and
thoughts about the experience that led to the different types of opinions in the relation to the

Evaluation
In the evaluation of the experience I can say that I had both the good and bad experience
while I was trying to understand the information and improve my learning and development

experience that I was able to retain the maximum information as I was able to understand it
