Elma began learning at humanistic therapy which is made to help the patient develop a better,
healthier knowledge of self while keeping intact the understanding of feelings to gain a sense of
meaning in life. The humanistic way in psychiatrist medication is used as guidance. The theory
is relatively based on enthusiastic nature and emotions of individuals. A councillor in order to
proceed in development and healing of the client creates a mindful, calming atmosphere where
the client will not feel the unreliability. Furthermore, it will provide the client with a sense of
security and self-regard.
With basic nature of the social conduct, the advisor will try to talk and communicate with the
customers about turning and bothering issues. There is a constructive purpose of this treatment
for it presents forth the essentials of human morals and methodologies. The disposition helps
build a strong connective bond between specialist and customer.

1974, Kolb’s theory of learning set out four peculiar learning styles; it is based on a four-stage
learning cycle. According to Kolb, it is natural that other people opt for a single certain different
kind of learning style. There are various and numerous factors that affect a person’s choice and
selected style, for instance, the educational moments, social environments, and the sole cognitive
model of the individuals. No matter the choice of style or the influence, the learning styles
remains the product of two set of variables, or per say two different ‘choices’ that we make,
these choices Kolb states as lines of the axis, each of them creating conflict modes at both ends.
An exemplary presentation of two continuums of Kolb is that the east-west axis is known as
Processing Continuum (How one approaches to an assigned task), and the north-south axis that is
known as Perception Continuum (the emotional response, or how one thinks or feels about it)

axis at a time (i.e. feel and think). The learning style that humans go through is a product of
