the people to attain and achieve excellence in a specific field. In addition to that, learning and
development is considered to be a wider area when it comes to handling variety of issues. The
present report basically involves Ofsted report and includes three major themes in relation to
teachers understanding about the motivation of student, learners from low income household and
certain demographics.
