This structure of planning will help me to attain goal that I want to achieve in my life. My
task is to complete the plan for the Learning and development that can make me have my own
individual self when I am ready for the occupational selection. Therefore, the individual
development plan is actually the process that can be obtained in a systematic format and that
helps the employees to select their capable genre of work. Now, for doing this is we need a
structured form of planning where I can find my own talents and the field where I can excel. For
doing this I need to understand that where my aptitude and interest lies. It is very important to
know about the genre in which I am interest. For that, it is very necessary to have a career
counselling where the student counsellor can help me to find the correct path where I can
channelize my career.

There is a need of having a correct form of the occupation that can be bringing a form of
stability in the person’s career. However, it can be done in several ways. As we all know that in
the field of psychology we need to be have the license to practice and that means that it is very
unlikely to find the employment that is directly related for helping the professionals unless they
have the appropriate form of the program of the college that are based on the community

unable to assess accurately their own skills then they need to continue with the clients without
any realization of their lesser form of the proficiency. Several researches have been carried out
by many social psychologists to indicate that whether the individuals are having any difficulty to
measure their own competency.
There are various studies that have been used for examining the variety of the skills in the
domains that I found that where I am most poorly skilled for most likely to be overestimated for
my performances.
Therefore, is very important for me to address my own problems and improve in those areas that
I am poorly skilled and have the secondary form of the burden that are lacking in the tools that
