The methodology section details the research design, framework, sample, and data generation methods, including ethical considerations and limitations. The dissertation then presents a data analysis, followed by conclusions and recommendations. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and their role in enhancing organizational performance, especially considering financial constraints and the need for competitive advantage.
