difficulties.
INTRODUCTION
The existing education system is changing dramatically. There are various elements
introduced to make the learning process more interacting. These technologies are applied to
provide interactive approach. Apart from that, there are various challenges that are increasing
difficulties. Some students are facing physical and mental disabilities such as listening,
understanding and physical, due to which they are not able to take advantage of opportunities
(Behavioural Disorder Symptoms, causes, and effects, 2017). Along with this, there are various
other learning difficulties that are affecting learning system. Some of them are emotional and
behavior disorder, frequently migration and linguistic problems due to socio and cultural
changes. The present essay is critically analysed on, problem in learning are not always due to
intrinsic causes such as cognitive ability, learning disabilities or deficiencies in working memory
or poor motivation, migration from one another country and social- economical and cultural
linguistic disadvantages. Through this essay, various other reasons are also identified such as
emotional and behavioural disability. All the above mentioned intrinsic and extrinsic factors are
creating huge impact on the learning process of children. With the help of these essay various
effects and consequences of these problems are identified (Carl and et.al., 2013).

Children are not always facing learning difficulties due to intrinsic factors such as
cognitive ability, learning disabilities or deficiencies in working memory or poor motivation
(Copeland and et.al., 2013). There are various other reasons also associated like, emotional and
behavioural disabilities, migration from one another country and social- economical and cultural
linguistic disadvantages. Both the factors are equally responsible for creating challenges in
learning process of the students. It is creating negative impact on the growth and development of
the children (Farré and Tanaka, 2016). These extrinsic factors are creating difficulties like mental
and physical disorder, trauma due to frequently changed surrounding and problem in
understanding different culture, social and economical balance. They all are creating negative
impact on the confidence, due to which children are facing trauma (Fotos and Nassaji, 2013).

In this situation, students are not able to understand things and present themselves in
front of others people (Emotional and behavior disorder in the classroom, 2017). It affects their
personality and social life and also creates various challenges for them. In order to overcome
them pre-nursery schools are developing, effective learning environment. It creates a huge
impact on the overall development of an individual, such as the child is not able to express
his/her thoughts and ideas with the help of effective languages (Environmental changes and

confidence level.

the learning and development process. With the help of effective training teachers are mentors
would be able to communicate concepts to the students. If students do not understand the

2016). If a country is adopting various languages as their official use it creates huge
communication gap. In this situation study, the material will be provided for developing an
understanding of various languages. If the student is not able to understand that language it
creates a huge impact on their learning and understanding skills and influences their
development process.

motivation and boosting up their confidence.
According to Alexiadou, (2014) the learning a system is making efforts to resolve
problems of the students related to the extrinsic. They are trying to implement various activities
and approaches. It attracts children towards learning new languages in order to understand new
techniques and helps in learning the things. With the help of these technologies they are able to

students should not be done on the basis of their grammar and communication skills (Farré and
Tanaka, 2016). Calculation process of mathematics should be reduced and some interactive
sessions should be introduced to make the process attractive. Along with this various training is
provided to the teachers or mentors so that they can effectively handle disable students. As EBD
children have a different level of understanding, therefore, immense patience is required to
handle them. With the help of these steps, they are able to provide an effective learning
experience and environment to the students (Copeland and et.al., 2013).
In order to contradictory the above viewpoint of Brock-Utne, (2015) are the learning
system is not completely responsible for resolving these issues. Parents of children have to take
responsibilities in order to provide an effective environment so that they can groom effectively.
The family should also provide the peaceful and positive environment to their children it helps in
their development and building their understanding. Along with this various NCO's and Non-
profitable organisation's are organizing donation and charity activity for such students

(2013) society is also actively participating in this process. They are also organizing various
activities in order to provide the platform so that children can interact with other people. It helps
in boosting their confidence level. Along with this, the learning process has also implemented
various changes into the learning process of disabling candidates. Through this process, they are
trying to reduce their difficulties in learning and providing them friendly environment.
According to Genicot, Mayda and Mendola, (2014) migration is also creating a huge
impact on the effectiveness of the learning and learning system. This is creating various issues
for the individual such as lack of resources, health problems, and education. Frequent migration

frequent migration, quick changes are implemented into the process and strategies. It turns the
process unstable, due to this effect of the process get affected. Therefore, in order to maintain the
effectiveness of the process, the stability of the process should be maintained (Richards and
et.al., 2013). This can be achieved by implementing standards for the system. It helps in avoiding
frequent changes into the process. On basis of this stability can be provided, it helps in
maintaining quality and providing productive and efficient learning activities. Along with this
various research can be also considered in order to identify the issues relating to migration. On
the other hand, necessary steps should be considered in order to stop them.
According to the Ryan & Sales, (2013) diversified languages provides flexibility and
various options in order to present their views points and thoughts. Sometimes it creates various
complications into the process such as conflicts, lack of understanding and communication gap.
This is considered as one of the biggest educational difficulties because it affects the stability of
the learning system. Australia is facing immense migration from last few decades due to this
person from various places are coming together with different culture and languages. It is
increasing diversity due to which children are facing difficulty in understanding them

this learning and learning system, linguistic problems are considered as one of the biggest issues.
Under this process, students are not able to effectively understand things due to language

learning system. For this they are required to consider one official language, it helps in removing

languages helps by providing options in order to present their views using the different medium.

various difficulties in understanding and adoption various culture (Australian First Language,
2017). Hence, it is creating problems and difficulties for the students. In order to overcome
special training should be provided to the teachers so that they can effectively present it in front
of their students and support them in understanding different culture effectively. With the help of
these step, they are able to effectively implement effective training by considering various
languages (Yatawara and et.al., 2016).
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above essay it is inferred that present learning process is facing various
challenges and difficulties related to the intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The intrinsic issues are
related to cognitive ability, learning disabilities or deficiencies in working memory or poor
motivation. On the other hand extrinsic are like, mental and physical disorder, trauma due to
frequently changed surrounding and problem in understanding different culture, social and
economical balance. These problems are influencing overall growth and development of the
students. From the above essay it is critically analysed that various education and social groups
are taking initiation in order to reduce their challenges. For this various changes are introduced
into the learning and education system. School administration and teachers are taking special
training to helps these affected children. Along with this frequently migrations are creating
trauma for the students as they are not able to understand things easily.
