and innovation as driver and research base evidence and theoretical to develop the understanding
and knowledge of individuals.

developments within school.

To recommend that how school should implement the diversity in classroom.
Diverse learning needs and complexities
The diverse learner is referred as the students and children's of all the capabilities and
abilities from ethnically, raracially, culturally diverse backgrounds and communities.
The diverse learning needs is the needs of all the students learners (Misky, 2022). The students in
school is brought the different educational needs and skills and very students are not learnt same
because of the traits. The diversity in the school are not referred as the cultural diversity but is

also referred as the educational needs, knowledge and skills. The schools teachers need to
understand these attributes in order to teach students in effective ways.
Diverse learning helps in learning about the students so, the Kingsbury school need to
understand the important things about students needs and expectations as well as how they are
learnt best. The school need to talk students personally to know about the personal skills and
knowledge which are important for them and questionnaires also helps in find about the
information about individual students (Goethe and Colina, 2018). The teacher also need to know
about the personal information of students such as cultural background of student because its
helps in create the sensitive classroom environments. So the every students in classroom feel safe
and welcome. After the gathering the information of students needs, then Kingsbury school
needs to begin the activities and lessons to students abilities and needs because it helps in
provide ideas to school about the students learning capabilities and knowledge.
Students in classroom can be categorized in the more than one needs so, the indicators to
support teachers in planning for students with support for every students in classroom. In
furthermore, every student bring various strengths to the classroom. For example: one student
bring the linguistic skills and educational experience and some students are high performer in
one subjects (Bredtmann Otten and Vonnahme, 2021). The current performance of school face
the various complexities and underperformance are raised such as that the learner from the low
income households were being getting the drawbacks through the cases of digital poverty, certain
demographics within the learner population were not felt well-supported and also felt
underperformance and significant consistencies were evident in classroom at the requisite level
of understand the student's motivation.
The adversing the divers needs of learners will helps school to ensure that the access to
education is no important by social class, gender, poverty, race and learning disabilities so, fair
access learning are compulsory for all. There are various strategies which helps in meet the
diverse needs of pupils in school such as

Focused assessment: the school need to use the information and focus on the assessment
to fulfil the need of students and engage with students about their learning and progress
so, helps schools to learn about the students needs and complexities.
The learning environment: the school also need to create the new learning
environments to suit the range of learning activities for students, the y also need to
maximize the learning space and flexible approaches to timetabling for students because

access the fully curriculum.
Support students wider needs: school also need to consider that what barriers and
complexities might exit beyond the classroom and ensure that school has resources to
address them. it could include the mentoring and personal tutor.
Trying to actively address the diverse learning needs is a fundamental part of the philosophy of
inclusive education. It helps in getting to know about the students and reacting to them with
responsive and flexible approach that helps to every individual to learn.
Technology and innovation in learning criteria
New technology: The role of technology and innovation as driver change for improve the school
performance and improve the individual learner performance. Drive changes of innovation and
technology in education institutes is becoming the ways of learning for the students and teachers
in the context of diverse learners. Innovation and technology helps in encourage the teachers and
student to explore, research and use the new tools. The innovation in education helps in involves
the various ways of look at the problems and solving them (Irawan, Dwisona and Lestari, 2020).
As the independent educational consultant, the educational institutes need to adopt the
technology and innovation as the driver change in school because the innovation consist the new
ways of thinking and helps learners to develop the problem solving skills and creativity.
Technological innovation directly impact on the education systems at various levels such as
teaching aids, online sources, networking tools and educational software's and emerging
technologies.
The school should focus on the digital learning because its helps students in the various
ways its is the learning methods that based on the use of new digital tools to learners to learn in
different ways. The new from of education must be adopted by school because it helps diver

learners to achieve the personal skills and develop personalize learning with the helps of digital
learning. The technology and innovation can be used to bridge the cultures together in the
multicultural classroom.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the students, teachers face the various issues because it affects
the education and students right. So school begins the digital learning for students and distancing
learning facilities with the new technologies and innovation (Sari and Yoni, 2021). The drivers
of changes provide the digital learning opportunities ton students with the online teaching,
sending assignments by the email and online messaging. In that case, sometimes teachers of
Kingsbury paid for equipments, materials ad internet to ensure that students had what they want
for study.
Digital learning helps to provide the various learning experience to the diverse learning and also
understand the needs and expectation of learners as well as improve the performance of schools
and their individual learners. It helps in ensure that their learning experience is motivating and
pleasant.
But many students not able to assess these opportunities to keep learning during pandemic. The
Kingsbury school not affects all the student equally. Students, teachers and parent are also get
frustrated because of the impact of governments long terms with lack of commitment to remedy
inequalities and discriminations in the education systems. The reliable internet connections and
lack of access to affordable is the another problems for students because of digital poverty. Due
to the electricity, the classes are also cancelled almost time (Bird, Castleman and Lohner, 2022).
Students face the problems in learning and its leaders in the underperformance of students and
schools. So, the company need to provide the digital learning facilities to all students that helps
every student to learn and fulfil the needs and complexities in learning.
In Kingsbury school, girls also faced the multiple forms of discrimination in accessing
the education before the pandemic situations, so digital learning also helps girls to fulfil learning
needs. But the online learning and connectivity technologies to deliver the education change
learning inequalities because government not the have the resources, policies and proper
infrastructure to roll out the digital learning in inclusive ways.
Students form the low income families were not excluded from the digital distance learning
because of the inabilities to cannot afford the sufficient devices and internet. Because poor

complexities of students to reach the learning and education during the pandemic. School need to
reach their students across the digital divides for those students who face obstacles to learning. It
helps in maintain the social and ethical issues.
In moreover, the school need to invest in the technology and digital literacy for their
students and teachers to gain the education.
School needs to invest and develop the programs and policies that acknowledge and
address the impacts of racial, social inequalities, economics on the students and schools.
school need to utilize the proper research with different sources and methodologies
approach to develop the programs and policies for students and also must be evaluated
its impact and then implement.
School also need to adopt the national educational policies to remove the barriers that
prevents the students from accessing quality and neglected the language barriers,
religious, ethnic, etc.
Inconsistency is certain because of the main cause of behavioural issues in students. Indiscipline
in school can affect the function of schools and also the performance of students. Students not
complete assignments at time and also not follow the classroom schedule so the Kingsbury also
need to establish the discipline policies in school that involves the rewards for good behaviours
students and sanction for bad students, it is the fundamental of discipline and behavioural
policies. This is most important for students to maintain discipline in school because it directly
impacts on the behaviours of students and school performance and its reputation (Westwood,
2018). Teachers should act according to their moods and emotion rather than the according to the
consistent standards of students and teachers. Because some staff members also face difficulties
in handle to behaviours, and they get angry and out burst on students so, teachers also need to
maintain the behaviours with students according to the policies of behavioural and discipline.
Bad behaviours in school can start the conflicts between the pupils and staff member's. Some
staff members also have the lack of students developments knowledge, in other words, that how
students interact through behaviours.
Kingsbury also need to provide the training to teachers that how to deal with the students
behaviours in school because there are more challenging pupils as well as teacher also need to
maintain the whole class and meet the academic goals and targets of students, and they also face
