Introduction
The purpose of this report is to provide an overview on my learning experiences while
doing the research project, which aligns with challenges of accounting in global
organizations. The previous two assessment focuses on the literature review and business
research proposal relating to the research topic. The research proposal assessment highlights
on the project scope, project objective, literature review, research methodology and research
limitations relating to this research topic. The literature review assessment highlights on the
challenges faced by the enterprise in adoption of international financial reporting standards.
The usefulness of research learning procedure and way in which the business research
facilitated me in developing knowledge is also highlighted in the study.
Evaluation of effectiveness and usefulness of learning experience
The learning experience was very useful and effective for me to develop analytical
skills as well as knowledge about the procedure that is to be used for doing the research. With
each research experience, I have gained new skills, learned about the kind of environment in
which the research should be progressed and also explored about my strengths as well as
interest in doing research study. In few situation, the learning experience taught me how to
move forward in research study. This in turn helped me to complete the research project
successfully within specified time frame.
The value of learning experience should have been unique for every individual. While
doing this business research, it provided me highest quality of the learning experience. The
learning experience provided me huge scope to gather knowledge about various aspects of
research study. It facilitated me to make better judgements regarding implementing of new
idea in the business research study.

Usefulness of the learning process
The learning process was very useful for my future career as it helped me to
implement new strategies in my workplace for avoiding risk regarding different accounting
problems that the business organizations faces during their operations. The learning
experience also helped me to build existing understandings as well as address gaps in my
understandings. In addition to this, learning experience also provides me immersive and real-
world experience that I have encountered while doing the research study. The new knowledge
and insights facilitated me to develop my skills and link learning goals to different activities
in future.
Description of the learning process
The whole research study was done in a group but our supervisor helped us in
providing the right path for completing the research project. During the learning process, I
have got huge opportunities to learn at various times in various place. Moreover, I have
learned to use e- learning tools, which in turn provided me huge opportunities for self- placed
learning. The learning process also helped to use new technology in doing the research and
this helped me to increase my efficiency in few domains.
Usefulness of business research for the learning process
Business research helped me to work towards achievement of project target within
specified time period. It helped to develop my abilities in doing the research in specific
domain and understand different issues regarding the research project. Moreover, it also
helped me to do research findings in the journals, bond with others and understand the
society. In addition to this, it also facilitated me to improve my reading, writing and listening
skills, which in turn enabled me to compute as well as comprehend in doing the research.

Reason behind adoption of particular activities (assignment 1 and assignment 2)
The reason behind adoption of literature review was to assess the present state of
research study. Furthermore, this literature review activity was adopted in order to gather
information about the topic from different articles cited by other authors. In addition to this,
this activity was also implemented in order to identify the gaps of literature review. Not only
this, the business research proposal activity was adopted in order to determine appropriate
methodologies that is to be implemented while completing the research project. This research
was integrated for identifying vital questions about the topic which require further research.
Moreover, the scope and objective of the research study was identified from this specific
activity.
Plan behind application of learning in future
I intend to apply all the acquired knowledge as well as skills in my future career. In
this case, I intend to study in the accounting field as the career option in order to understand
all the challenges that the accountants face during their business operations. I also intend to
apply my understanding in my field of learning. However, I will try to implement new
strategy in order to help the global organizations avoid risk of challenges in accounting.
Moreover, I will try to adopt new techniques and tools in doing any further research about the
topic. In fact, I intend to implement my new skills in future studies so it helps me to do more
project in future. Nevertheless, I intend to provide my new knowledge in other team members
so that they can also improve their learning process.
Conclusion
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that the learning procedure is vital for
every researcher as it facilitates to gain deeper understanding about the topic, improve
problem solving, enhance positive emotions, access to several kind of information, gain more
