1. Evaluate the effectiveness and your usefulness of the learning experience
The learning experience on cybersecurity is an effective experience that has offered me a
great level of knowledge and understanding of the topic. Cybersecurity is an effective
terminology in a business organization that is used to protect the important and sensitive
information of the business organizations as in the growing and competitive business
environment, the crucial business information is under a number of threats and attacks hence
it is very important to protect the information by attractive software. I have gained excess
knowledge about the field from this learning experience which will help in my future. With
this learning process, my knowledge about IT terms and software has also raised which can
be useful for me in the future. As per my experience, I can clearly say that learning
experience is opportunities in the lives of the individuals that not only broaden the existing
skills but also develop new skills and knowledge in the minds of the individuals which can
be applied in different fields in life. I have seen improvement in my personal skills and
knowledge after the completion of the learning experience.

2. Explain how this learning process will be useful to you
There is no doubt in the fact that this learning process was a beautiful opportunity for me in
order embrace the existing skills and knowledge as well as obtains new skills. This learning
experience will be effectively going to help in my career in future where I can apply the
knowledge gained in this learning experience into the application. Also the major change I
have experienced from this learning in my personality which is completely changed. Before
the learning experience, I was hesitated in doing things and couldn’t be sure about what I
am doing but while working on different assessments in this learning experience, I have
found a new and innovative way of doing things. My confidence level has improved that has
given me the opportunity and ability to confidently communicate with people from different
background and perspectives without any hesitation. In future, with the help of this learning
experience, I can be able to deal with my colleagues and managers in a better way that will
definitely create my distinctive image in their eyes. I will be able to draw my own position
in future in compliance with my desires and expectations.

3. Describe objectively what happened in the learning process
In this learning process, my work was to conduct a research on the effect of cybersecurity in
the business organizations by considering a company named Carton Cloud. I conducted the
research with the application of the relevant theories and approaches which are important
for the successful business research. For the purpose, I had to explore different
methodologies and their applicability in the research. Data collection was an important part
of my research as it is in every research. I have sources relevant and reliable information
from a number of sources such as primary sources and secondary sources. With the analysis
of the collected information, I drew conclusions and recommendations so that the
information can be used by the company for reference.

4. Evaluate what you learn
In this learning process, I identified my strengths and weaknesses which are very important
for an individual to learn about. By analysing own strong and weak points, it is easy to
fulfill one's goals and expectations. My observation skills are very improved as the entire
research was all about observing things and theories and reaching the conclusions. My
knowledge about the subject of cybersecurity has widened due to learning number of
concepts and factors about the subject. With the help of business research, I have learned
about different methodologies and techniques which I can use in the future researchers.
Learning about research methodologies and approaches is not easy as the individual needs to
focus on multiple concepts. Business research is very helpful in developing insights about
the particular research problem in businesses. It offers an opportunity to the individuals to
connect and develop interrelationships with people from different background, perceptions,
and opinions. My communications skills are effectively improved to a great extent with this
learning experience.

5. Explain your learning process
The learning process has involved two assignments namely assignment 1 and assignment 2.
Assignment 1 was about conducting a literature review by collecting and analysing relevant
and reliable knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity. In this assignment, the effect of
cybersecurity on business, its pros and cons have been discussed with an objective to learn
as much as about the topic. While assignment 2 was about the evaluation and discussion of
the research methodologies and other relevant aspects of research such as action plan, Gantt
chart etc. Different types of methodologies and approaches have been identified and
evaluated in the assignment in order to draw meaningful and reliable conclusions. Both the
assignments are very important for the learning process as without these assignments, the
business research cannot be completed effectively.

6. Explain Plan how this learning you will applied
This learning will be going to be very helpful for my career in future. I can apply the skills
that I learned via this learning process such as communication skills, problem-solving skills,
time management skills in dealing with complex and complicated situations in future.
Knowledge about cybersecurity will help me in protecting my systems and information in a
better way. Also, I can conduct systematic and well-defined business researchers in future as
now I possess relevant and effective application of knowledge about the different types and
approaches used by business researchers. With this learning process, I will complete my
course with greater ease and flexibility and attain good grades which help me in getting a
job as per my skills and expectations as well.
