INTRODUCTION
Previous experiences and learnings assist individuals in developing their career in future.
It is important to carry out analysis about the incidents so that different factors can be identified
which support the better growth (Ayre, and et.al 2018). All the relevant facts are gathered during
the analysis so that knowledge and experiences can be improved. This report includes the
reflection of previous learnings along with the comparison of previous learnings with current
learnings according to the requirements. This will also discuss the study experiences while
studying in Australian university.
MAIN BODY
A Experience of higher learning
While studying in masters of commerce from India I have learned new things which will
help me to become more prominent in the future. There are various ethics which is been
followed which could help me to achieve my overall objectives and goals. In India the university
works in a right manner and there is the positive environment which is been established as it
helps to attain great results (Chernikova, and et.al 2020). There is equal rights which is provided
to every individuals. I indulge in the lectures and the teachers are cooperative in order to solve
the complex problems and identify the weak areas in which I was lacking. I have also feel that
the education system is quite flexible and the students can take part in other activities as well
which is the major focus for the growth and prospectus over a longer of time. There are various
advantages which can be taken with the help of growth further. I have also learned new skills and
the ethics which is been taught to help the students complete the assignments on time, On the
other hand, while studying in Australia there is a huge gap which is been analysed by me I have
focused on attaining the strategic growth with the changing education system. I have understand
that there is new technology which is been used by the campuses it will help to to understand the
new things in a better way and attain the desired results for the future. I have seen while studying
in the Australia the environment is friendly in which equal opportunities is been provided to
every other individual.
In the Australia the learning experience is far better form India. The one main reason is
the technology which plays the crucial factor in acknowledging about new things and improve
the crucial areas in order to attain success. I have also learned about the new methods and

techniques which is been used in order to perform better in the complex situations. There is the
better growth scenario and the work oriented opportunities which is been appeared after indulged
in the courses. There are regular assignments which is been given in Australian universities
which will enhance the skills and knowledges of the candidates. This is also the major source of
gap in the study process of India and Australia. I have efficiently perform my tasks and learn
new things in the classroom. The teachers are cooperative and I can provide my general feedback
which is the excellent thing about that particular place (Hanushek, and Woessmann, 2020). I was
also able to focus on my studies without any distractions and achieve the persona growth. There
are various advantages which is been taken by me in order to attain the desired goals and
objectives in the future. There is the flexibility in the courses which is been provided. The
individuals can study that any time and become more prominent in their activities and complete
the assignments on time.
B. Reflect on the experiences while teaching the students of kindergarten.
Being a teacher of kindergarten, it is important to understand the behaviour of students by
developing effective coordination with them (Hurst, and Brantlinger, 2022). The requirements of
each and every student should be analysed so that teacher can provide positive learning
environment to students for their personal growth. I have learnt how to deal with the behaviour
of children by providing them assistance according to their needs. I always focus on the criteria
of involving games and activities so that students involve themselves. The learning procedure
become smooth by indulging students in interesting activities. I have analysed that these
activities sharpen the mind of students which improves their mental strength and ability. The
teaching experience provides better understanding of how to develop healthy relationship with
the students of kindergarten. The developed interaction further assists in establishing the
environment which is highly suitable according to the requirements of the students. Throughout
the overall teaching experience, I have identified my personal traits, abilities, strengths and
weaknesses which can be utilised in future for further growth.
The process of teachings improves various characteristics and values of an individual as
it provides valuable factors which improves overall personality. While teaching the students of
kindergarten, I have analysed and identified various capabilities which I possess. Teachings
provides growth exposure by enhancing various skills and abilities which can provide better
opportunities in future. I use to influence students by adapting new techniques and creative ideas

which develops interest of students towards learning. Different activities were organised for
students according to the requirements of culture and beliefs so that their knowledge and
understandings can be diversified easily. I use to organise trips and game activities which
enhance the critical thinking power of students while enjoying the activities. I have enhanced
various skills like communication skills, presenting skills, leadership skills and time management
skills. All these skills and abilities collectively provides opportunity for personal growth and
development. Managing students at kindergarten require lots of patience which I have inherited
by the time (Pan, and Zhang, 2021). This capability will assist me in future while performing
critical operations. I have planned all the activities and actions which need to be undertaken for
the accomplishment of personal and professional goals with the help of experience.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that past experiences can help individual in
improving their weaknesses by taking necessary steps. It provides opportunities to use the skills
and abilities which ensures required and appropriate growth. The analysis related to previous
experiences are useful for individuals as they can use positive factors in their future operations. It
is important to focus on the strengths and weaknesses so that abilities can be developed
according to that. This report discussed about the reflective statement related to the experience as
a teacher of kindergarten. It also discussed the comparison of Australian studies with Indian
studies.
