• A learning organisation refers to the that organisation that
is highly skilled in creating, acquiring and transferring
knowledge.
• Also, the learning organisation focuses on modifying the
behaviour and reflects new knowledge in individuals.
• NGO works with the concept of adopting learning
organization that is associated with adopting new learning
in the implication of practices.

put their prior focus over increasing team unity and assuring effective
support to team members.
• Also, the major concept of this organisation is to develop team unity in the

WHY IS ORGANISATIONAL LEARNING IS
IMPORTANT IN NGO
• Implementing learning culture in Non- government organisation
is highly mandatory as it plays vital role in the development of

• Also, it provides various opportunities to employees in terms of
growing from all aspects.
• However, if there is no learning culture has been implemented
in Non- government organisation in such case, employees do not
get any kind of opportunities in terms of developing them.
