INTRODUCTION
The main aim of this report is to describe the various processes of learning and the importance
of learning in the fields of health and social care sectors. There are the various study takes place
for explaining the learning theories in brief. Many theories will present in this for making aware
regarding the health and safety measures. There are four tasks present in this and these four
tasks divide in the different fields for different purposes. In the first part, there is a discussion
about the learning sector which provides by the trainer to their team members, it will in the
format of the factsheet. There is a discussion about the KOLB'S learning cycle which gives the
description of the various parts of the self-development. This report will cover the many
sections of the learning process and about the health and social caring sectors (Akella, 2010).

BLOOMS TAXONOMY OF LEARNING DOMAIN
The theory of the blooms learning domain is very necessary for awarding the people for
their understanding, skills, growth and also helpful at the workplace and for the health so
according to the Benjamin Bloom, who is the father of this theory (1956), describes the three
types of learning, which are mention below:-
Cognitive- This refers to the brain, mental skills and about the knowledge of the individual.

play an important part in their memory (Bernhardt, 2017).
RESEARCH:-For the learning the research is the good option because by researching the skills
by its own it is not difficult to find them. These skills are very helpful for the team members
which is very helpful for the health and social care because health is very necessary for our
survival. These skills are needed to be developed according to time. This is very necessary to
identify their own skills. There are various ways of developing skills. This is playing a very crucial
role in the organization.

actual weakness which needs to be developed and as a training manager the staff members
should be trained and the goal achiever and very careful about the health and social care which

is more effective than reading learning because reading is based on the theoretical and learning
from the theory is based on the practical, both are the opposite to each other.
VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:-This is the process which is similar to the coaching classes,
where the learning is done by the short classes which are held by the manager in the training
session. There are the various factors in which the learner wishes to improve the skills of the
trainee in the learning session because learning is very important for the developing the skills
and also very helpful for health and social care sectors at the workplace. The vocational
qualifications are playing a very crucial role in the organization. The qualification is very
important because these show the qualities of the employees in the office (Meyer, 2010).
