INTRODUCTION
I am a student of literature and this report covers all the basic things that I have learned
during the course of time and things and skills that I have gained and the skills that are lacked by
me (Burlow, Grachev and Shlygina, 2017). Apart from that this report also covers a detailed
examination, research, analysis, and evaluation of my learning knowledge in contemporary and
traditional approaches of management that possess a lot of importance as well as value in the
current market scenario. Further in this report there is also a detailed discussion done of the skills
that are acquired by me during the process of learning and the things that are lacked by me and
the skills that need improvement so that it can prove beneficial to me in the long run context.

1. Detailed elaboration and evaluation of the knowledge that has been gained over a period of
time and that too in different workshops and contemporary and traditional approaches of
managements that are prevailing in the market currently
There are a number of different things that I learned in this module and the major one
among all of them is to be honest and dedicated towards a work so that it can give enormous
success in the present time by opening up various options to choose from a number of
alternatives that are available in the industry (Dźwigoł and Dźwigoł-Barosz, 2018). There are
mainly two types of management approaches namely traditional and contemporary. Traditional
approach is all about following the set rules and regulations, procedures and policies, plans, laws,
etc. that are set up at the very beginning of the industry. While contemporary approach includes a
lot of variations that is done by using innovative ideas and implementing them in the business.
The workshops and seminars that I attended which was organised by the higher authorities also
gave a boost to me and enormous knowledge that proved very helpful for me in overcoming
different situations that are otherwise very challenging for me in the beginning. Since there are
numerous things that has to be studied and kept in mind while studying literature but by using
the experience that I gained while attending workshops and various seminars it gave me enough
knowledge so as to deal with all the situations and that too in an effective and efficient manner
(Ianniciello, Biwolé and Achard, 2018).

2. Examination of different aspects after the feedback that have been received on various topics
so that the areas in which improvement is to be done can be done in an impactful manner
The way studying literature is, it becomes very much important as well as essential to take
feedbacks in a regular manner so that appropriate and necessary changes can made so as to
improve the performance of the work as well as the individual that is working on that project. I
took suggestions and feedbacks from a number of different people all around me so that I can
know about my weak and string points so as to sharpen my strong point and to get rid of the
imperfectness that I carry in my work (Pham Phu, Hoang and Fujiwara, 2018). So, after
evaluating and analysing all the feedbacks that I got from different people I can make a summary
with it that I am very good at communicating and convening my talk and mindset to others while
at the same time I am also good at grasping new knowledge that can prove very handy for the
studies that was done by me. Apart from that I notice that I am having certain weak points too
like awareness about certain matters that carrier a lot of value from the literature’s point of view.
Also I am lacking the ability to lead from the front and panics when the situation like that arises
in front of me. Thus all these areas need an immediate attention from my side so that it can help
me in building my future in an effective and efficient manner (Recker and Mendling, 2016).
3. Identification and analysis of the areas in which improvement has to be done so that it can
prove beneficial in the long term scenario
There are many areas that I am supposed to improve as it can be seen in the above
explanation but the most important one that has to be taken on a priority basis is the leadership
skills since it is very important and companies search for persons with that skill so that they can
lead the firm from the front making them profitable and valuable in the long term context. The
things can be done by me so as to improve and acquire this skill is firstly to behave like a leader
and think like one so that it can come in a natural manner rather than just a bookish one. The
second thing that can be done by me is that to practise and practise until the skill is acquired in a
perfect manner (Wang, Sun and Chen, 2019).
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from the above that literature studying is a very tough task and one has
to be fully dedicated and honest towards learning and must carry all the basic skills that are
required so as to learn in an effective and efficient way. Apart from that it can be concluded that

there are many skills that I current possess but there are a lot more skill set that I need to acquire
so that it can prove beneficial in my process of learning.
