1. Evaluate the effectiveness and your usefulness of the learning experience
Learning experience can help in gaining practical as well as theoretical knowledge. In
my opinion, the learning experience is a way of interacting with various people and taking up
courses that may help in the development of one's career. In this regard, I can say that the fact
that it occurs in traditional settings helps in the benefit of the students. This is because proper
guidance can be provided and interaction can be made between different people having
different thoughts.
One of the most valuable aspects of a learning experience is the fact that the
interaction can occur with various people in a different manner. Students can ask questions
whenever in doubt. Apart from this, the course developer also faces challenges to develop a
course material suitable for student interaction. Many of the courses provided in the
educational institutions also help students establish a career with a good salary. Hence, I can
say that the value of this experience is a stepping-stone for success in business.
2. Explain how this learning process will be useful to you
The learning process adopted by me can be useful for me in the future in various
fields. The course taken up by me in terms of the challenges and opportunities of
international students in Australia can help to identify the society of the country. The
program can help me to conduct proper research on the responses of the students and develop
a timely analysis of the challenges that are faced by the students.
In future, such learning experience can help me to develop my skill set. This is
because the interaction I had with people of different cultures made me confident about my
approach towards people. This can help in the development of my personal life as I can

knowledge in the future by ensuring that I remain positive in the works that I am undertaking.
3. Describe objectively what happened in the learning process
The learning process, that I was a part of, helped me to gain confidence in my
abilities. During the learning process, I undertook comprehensive research about the topic at
hand. I tried to find out articles and reports about the possible challenges and opportunities
that are faced by the international students in Australia. I read about the different challenges
and the manner in which it negatively affects the students.
I even read the opportunities that are provided to the students that undertake courses
in Australia. I saw that many students tend to suffer due to the distraction that is caused by
attractive nature of lifestyle in Australia This leads to them to face challenges that more often
hinders the career of the students. I even heard about the responses of some of the students
claiming that the opportunities presented in by studying in Australia are helpful for a proper
career development.
4. Evaluate what you learn
The business research conducted by me for my research process was useful as it
helped me gain a vast knowledge about the topic. The secondary research conducted prior to
forming the proposal, helped me to raise questions required for a successful conclusion to the
research. It helped me to develop objectives for my research and set me on my path to
achieve the objectives. Thus, it can be said that with the help of the business research I have
gained immense knowledge that can help me to understand the challenges and opportunities
in a more comprehensive yet detailed manner. The business research has helped me to
develop my skill as a researcher. This can help me in my career as a researcher as I can make

comprehensive research about topics that are complex. Thus, the learning experience helped
me to develop my skills that can be used in both my professional field and personal field.
5. Explain your learning process
My learning process helped me to gain new insights about the topic. I could
understand the feelings of the international students in Australia that suffer from the
challenges. The reason behind choosing the topics was to understand the manner in which
both the variables are interrelated to one another. The proposal can help me to interact with
various people that belong to different cultures and gain their view on the topic. This helped
me to develop my research skill, interaction skill and analysis skill.
The hypothesis drawn by me in this regard can focus on both the variables. I had also
managed to conclude that the challenges and opportunities are two sides of the same coin.
Hence, without facing the challenges in life, opportunities cannot be developed by the
international students studying in the country. Such an approach to the topic made me
confident about myself and encouraged me to continue with further research on the topic.

The relevance of the learning technique is relevant to my research subject as it
consists of undertaking critical research about a particular project. This research can help me
to understand my skills and the ways I can use it for my advantage and career development in
the future. The course that I have undertaken requires research at a primary as well as
secondary level. This is because interaction with the students is necessary in order to
understand the viewpoint of the students.
In future, this can help me to be more confident in my approach while undertaking
