There are a lot of skills which are required in me if I had to have an effective working
career in the health care department. There are a lot of factor which I have to work on so that I
can make the healthcare industry have a better outcome from me and the standards of the health
care can be maintained. There was a lot of problem I had in the health care industry when I did
my internship which is why there are measures which I have to take so that it can improve
myself so that I can meet up to the expectations of this industry. There are a lot of problems I had
to understand in the internship about myself which have to be worked upon so that I can have a
better career in this field which is a very important factor for me. The advantages I have are that I
have a good knowledge about this field and that makes me stay in this field but team work is a
very important factor as well in this field (Warren and et.al., 2016). There are a lot of times when
decisions in the company have to be taken for the benefit of the patients as a team but I have
worked alone or by myself which is why understanding the team is also a very important factor. I
have the right knowledge but I am unable to give attention to details of the situation which is not
good for the patients and can be a problem for me and them which is not a good factor. There has
to be an accuracy of work which is required in this field and if I can not do that then it is be a
huge trouble for me. I must be more organized and this internship made me observe a lot about

to give enough time to all patients at hospitals due to less number of staff, which negatively
impacts their working scenario. If management is not constructed with planning, it can create

Low skilled nurses: Health managers also face difficulty due to sometimes inefficient nurses and
medical staff with low experience factors, which negatively impacts the goodwill of hospital
and also reduces their abilities to serve patients. Low skilled nurses and doctors are inefficient
in reaching high level performance standards in treating patients, which are also not
experienced in treating serious cases and operations. Inefficient employees and nursing staff
