INTRODUCTION
Learning is the process of acquiring new, or modifying existing, knowledge, behaviors,
skills, values, or preferences. This report highlight the different learning strategies which can be
used to have a better learning and also highlights study plan that includes short term and long
term goal which can be used for developing student.
MAIN BODY
Discuss different type of learning strategies
Their are many types of the learner who uses many types of the learning style to learn the
best. It is not that easy task for learner to get engaged in the learning that easily as there are may
different type of the learner, and they used to prefer many types to learn the things (Willingham,
Hughes and Dobolyi, 2015). There are many types of the strategy which are used by them to
engage themselves in the learning.
Auditory and musical learner are the learner who love to learn the thing by hearing the
different example and solution, for teaching Auditory learner tutor always try to work on the tone
and try to express the material in the interesting way in front of the learner as a strategy to teach
the learner. Recording lesson for letter listening is another type of the strategy which is used by
Auditory learner. Visual and spatial Learner, learner who used to learn with the help of the
diagram, drawing and charts (Dascalu and et.al., 2015). Generally tutor has to make sure that
they use the different color codes and cues to along with maps, diagram and imagery to engage
the learner in the learning. Verbal learner are the learner who loves to read and write both at the
same time to adopt the different learning. Generally for engaging this type of the learner in the
study the learner try to make out the different notes after reading the information. Notes which
are made by the learner is the summary of the learner reading. This generally help the learner in
memorizing all the learning at one go.
Logical and mathematical learner are the learner who err towards careers in
programming, accountancy, science, research and other number and pattern-orientated careers.
Generally they try to bring different stats and classification of the same in their learning as
strategy to learn better. Physical or kinesthetic learner are the learner who love to involve
themselves practically with the learning on the subject matter. Generally they use props and
model in their learning as it gives them the better idea about the way they can improve the
learning in the organization this strategy of the learning help them in linking all the thing with

the reality very easily (Hsu, 2017). Social and interpersonal learner are the learner who used to
learn the thing with the help of the group and collaboration. This type of the learner generally try
to take the learning with the help of the Role play historic event or work of the literature. Solitary
and interpersonal learner are the learner who learns visually, auditory, physically, verbal or
logically. This type of the learner generally uses mixture of the strategy to have the best learning.
Develop study plan.
Study plan is mots important factors for students which is help to them for complete study on
time before coming exam (Kirschner, 2017). For making best study plan here is included some
steps which are as follows:
Step 1: Find out your learning style: Learning style is help to complete study on time with
following proper guidance. For example: learning style is Visual and logical. This help to student
learn by seeing visual adds and solving practical problem.
Step 2: Set short term and long term goals: setting long and short goals are most important
part of the study plan which is help to point out all the important notes as per requirement of
students. Long term goals is to Complete all work for exam, on the other side, short term goal is
to done 4 hours study every day (Pritchard, 2017). Another goal is for professional life is to
complete study and join the largest company.
Step 3: Make study time as a part of daily life: There is only one think is difference between
personal and professional life. The personal life waits until they feel inspired and motivated.
Othe's side, professional have schedule sticks to come hell or high water. This is very important
to student make study time as their daily life routine that is help to done study on every day with
setting preference to each subject.
Step 4: Structure of study time: This another step which is includes in study plan because
through that student is properly understood what they want before exam and for day to day
learning process (Truong, 2016). Another, it is very important to include break time in their
schedule because that is completely important for student to take proper rest in aid of the study.
Step 5: Set own study zone: In that required to set and fix the location where you studied every
day as per you suitable. Try to set two study zones, in that case of switch in any needs then you
are ready to do its.
Step 6: Take notes as per their learning style: In that case is student can make their best notes
for study which is help to complete study by using proper notes.
