INTRODUCTION
It has been analysed that there are different factors which will lead to have impact over the
attendance of the student in the University and class room. There are several purpose of lecture
attendance which includes acquisition of information, promotion of thought as well as change in
attitude (Yu and Yan, 2021). Learning style will lead to have major influence over the learning
process of the individual as compare to the personality traits. This will lead to have impact over
final grade of the individual learners. Through this article I have identified that there are four
kinds of learning styles such as activists, reflectors, theorists and pragmatistis. All of these are
effective and crucial learning styles which will lead to have major influence over capabilities and
potential of a person to learn something. I have learned different new aspects and gained
information about the different kinds of learning. It has been identified that learning style of a
person will lead to have significant influence over the potential of a person.
MAIN BODY
There are different kinds of learning styles as well as types of attendees has been mention in
the article. Learning style can be describe as the way or approach that is consider by the person
to gain information and understanding about the different aspects (Priantini and Widhiastuti,
2021). it has been analysed that all individual have different capabilities and potential to gain
learning and it is crucial that right learning style has been considered by the person so that they
are able to successfully and effectively increase their learning. Different types of learning styles
that has been mentioned in this article includes activists, reflectors, theorists and pragmatists. All
of these are effective learning styles that is helpful for improving learning capabilities of a
person in different manner. Activists learning styles can be describe as the way in which learners
are involving them into learning practices fully without being bias in the new experience. These
types of learners are happy to be dominated by the immediate experienced person with the
motive of gaining more information and data (Zhang and et.al., 2021). reflectors learning style
can be explain as the individual that like to stand back in order to consider experiences with a

tendency to observe them from very different perspectives. I have identified that theorist are
significant for adapting and integrated observation into complex but it is very logical sound
theories. Another learning style that has been analysed that pragmatics and this is effective as
through this learner will pay particular attention to information about assessment task as well as
do not want to miss any kind of information.
I have identified that reflectors is one the effective and efficient approach that is helpful for
increasing and enhancing learning practices. I preferred reflectors as the learning style as this is
helpful for increasing my learning capabilities and potential. It has been determined that
reflectors are collecting data and information form first hand as well as from others also. This is
helpful for analysing the information before actually coming to the conclusion. I have identified
that major strengths of reflectors learning style is that it is very careful, methodical, thoughtful,
good listeners and so on (Nancekivell and et.al., 2021). Through this learning style I will be
able to increase my information as well as data by correctly analysing aspects form different
areas. Through this I will be able to identify and analyse various element so that right decision
could be taken. Through the support of reflector learning style I am able to gather data from
many sources so that I am able to take right and accurate decision.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been identified that there are several types of learning styles that
will lead to have positive impact on overall learning capabilities and potential of a person. I have
identified that major issue with this type of learning style is that it is very time consuming
practices. while considering this learning style I will have to invest more time in the learning
process as compare to any other learning style. This required more time as learner will have to
analyse and evaluate different aspects before taking any important decision or reaching to the
conclusion.
