INTRODUCTION
By having A levels as most recent educational experience I had challenging as well as
enjoyable learning experience, as there are number of things that are required to be leaned by me
in proper time frame that requires strict time schedule and skills (What Makes Students Attend
Lectures? The Shift Towards Pragmatism in Undergraduate Lecture Attendance. 2004). While
during the learning process I had many enjoyable experience in terms of acquiring new skills
from different sources and measures. Ultimate goals for mine from this experience is to enhance
my growth efficiency for professional development in order to have a best job. Further, it has
been evaluated by me from my past learning experience is that I had lowest attendance as I am a
pragmatic attender, as I always keen towards learning new things in order to fulfil my goal. In
the sessions there were number of activities that were often given that are question and answer
sessions, puzzles, Team-work tasks, brainstorming/mind-mapping and test and quizzes. It has
been analysed by me that my past learning experience significantly influenced by views of
learning, as I learned that I can increase my knowledge and can learn from different types of
sources. It increased my confidence level and also motivated me towards more practice. Further
according to past learning experience this has been determined that being educated from United
Kingdom and in English language impacted by today learning in effective manner. As respective
country is having internationally recognised universities in which quality education is offered. In
addition to this, this country offers many scholarships and financial support and also provide
work permit after studying.

Learning styles theory by Honey & Mumford is being introduced to in class. It has been
evaluated that this learning theory was coined by Peter Honey and Alan Mumford in the year
1986. Further it has been evaluated that this learning theory is mainly inspired and build upon
Kolb's learning styles model. However Honey & Mumford developed their own learning styles
questionnaire. In this theory there are mainly four different styles that are activists, theorists,
pragmatists and reflectors (The Learning Styles Myth is Thriving in Higher Education. 2015). In
terms with activists, these students mainly learn by doing with the help of activities like
brainstorming, role-play, problem solving, group discussion, role-play etc. While it it is talked
about theorists, these students basically need truths, models and ideas along with a particular
