Application of different domains of learning in health and social care
As a manager in the Doncaster, a health and social care the main aim of the
learning is to provide the knowledge to of different theories of learning to
the staff of the Doncaster. In this presentation we have given an
understanding to the staff of the Doncaster by using the Bloom's taxonomy
model of learning.
This model of learning is based on the three domains which helps the staff to
understand the process based on these three domains. These three are
described on the basis of health and social care sector in Doncaster.
Recognition of facts, understanding the information, application of facts or
ideas, analysing or interpretation, creating structure, presentation of
information.

A) Cognitive domain (knowledge based): This domain of model is
based on the knowledge factor. It is broken in the following six levels
such as
B) Affective or attitude or emotional: this domain is basically divided
in to five levels such as: receiving the information, participation in
learning, value attachment, organizing information, adopting the
information.
C) Psychomotor or skill based: It includes seven elements to learning
such as perception, manipulation of facts, develop precision, combining
skills, Becoming expert (Barrett, Todahl and Chrstenses, 2011).

and responsibility to respond the unethical aspects.
Working with the team-Working in a team environment and helping others,
