Behaviourism: This theory is believed
which knowledge survives independently
and external of people. They view the
learner as blank slate who can be given
the experience. Learning actually
happens when new behaviour or
modification in attitudes which are
getting through associations among
stimuli and responses in behaviourists
theory. Therefore, associations lead to
modification in attitudes of individuals.
This theory constant to be involved
effectiveness in nursing activity for

meaning of experiences of
individuals. Understanding is
created through learner and since an
individual has various set of
experience and awareness, learning
is special and different for each
person. This theory believes that
learning is procedure where single
person make new thoughts or
approaches on prior understanding
or experiences.
