Introduction
Theory into practise is aims to provide knowledge
and understanding of management and business as well as
the skills that are essential for effective operations in
business and public sectors (Baecher and Chung, 2020). In
the poster presentation, the theory which is taken is
learning theory. Learning theories in Human resource
management includes Behaviourism theory and
Cognitivism theory. This poster presentation represents
the students knowledge, process receives at the time of
learning.
Rationale
The rationale of choosing behind this theory is that
it helps the researcher in continuous learning ad
developing himself. These learning theory in HR is the
theory which describes how students receives, process and
retain knowledge at the time of learning. This topic is
chosen by researcher because this helps him in knowing
about learning and development theory and its
importance. Another researcher will be able to know about
various types of learning theories. These are the most
important theory in HR because they focus on improving
students behaviour and their behaviour of communicating

objectives is important because this helps him in knowing

2020). Behavioural theory praises students in behaving well
with the other students and with their seniors. Cognitivism
theory focus on the mental process rather than on physical
process.

procedure which is used to identify, select, process and analyse the
information and data about a topic. In this research researcher is using

concluded that, investigators has chosen learning
theories to make a practise in his learning life so that
he van learn new skills and capabilities by observing
