Introduction
The main purpose of this report is to critically analyze and advice the client on the set way of
carrying out the construction of a multi-purpose lecture hall and the costs involved within the set
out constraints.( Ashworth,and Perera,2015).The fact that the existing building is used for civil
engineering labs mean that there is need to fasten the process of construction in order not to
inconvenience the leaners in a great way. Therefore, there has to be adequate measures in place
to ensure that this is done in a timely manner and also to ensure that the construction of the
building meets the required construction standards.

increased significantly and thus they are not able to fit in the existing building. In formulating

the students have an alternative place in which they can carry out their studies as they await the

facilities, it will still ensure that they continue with their theory parts and thus they will not have
