Managers and leaders are those kinds of elements that has been helping an organization
to perform its functions. Managers are considered to be that kind of persons which has been
making an organization to deal with various kinds deal with various kinds of activities that has
been helping an organization to gain growth and development. Leaders also has very important
role to play in a organization. Leaders makes sure that performance of employees is being
improvised. Both leaders and managers hold important position in an organization as they makes
upliftment of organization possible. Scope of both leaders and managers is wider as they cover
various aspects related to business. Nature is dynamic as it covers all the major aspects related to
business organization. In this file things that has to be covered is based on leaders and managers.
