challenge the child poverty and reduces the several barriers that children and adults are facing.
This is done by ensuring several practices and some work as a service support to the families
facing Poverty.
Feelings
As a healthcare worker, I have been in frustration along with the fear, anxiety and worry.
The frustration was due to unavailability of the suitable resources or access to the facility which
may help the families to live the life in a good manner. A continuous worry regarding the
children who are suffering unnecessary and not able to get the basic amenities for their proper
growth and development . The deficiencies due to unavailability of proper nutrients making the
population of Leeds vulnerable to the diseases as the immune system are able to defend the
diseases. The engagement of the adults in the crime has develop a sense of worry as well as fear
in the co-living population and the care provider. The head of families are so much stresses and
may get into depression because they are not able to arrange the necessities. As a healthcare
worker, the contemporary situations has disappointed me to a great extent. Several question from
the people and children had increase the anxiety level and fear about their worsening situations
due to improper management resources which could facilitate their living. The poverty has
changed the view point and attention of the Leeds population.
Evaluation
As a healthcare worker I have evaluated that the presence of my communication skills,
empathy and problem solving skill has great support throughout the service. Communication
skills have help me to understand the basic needs and problem which the populations are facing,
by actively listening to them the suitable solution of the problem was proposed which the
suffering population has adopted immediately and co-operated very well (Lee, Thomas,
Zachariah and Cooper, 2019). The skills of empathy helps me in empathizing the population and
the difficulties that they are facing. Several kinds of problems of child's and women are easily
sorted due to presence of problem solving skills. This builds a healthy and trust worthy
relationship between the people and healthcare worker present there which are me and my co
worker.(Kara and Selcuk, 2021). The people are assured and became comfortable in sharing their
issues or problem. However some of the issue are still there which needs to be solved. I have
evaluated that I do not have skills like leadership skills, management skills and conflict
management skills and absence of flexibility. Due to absence of leadership skills , I was not able

to guide the directions, motivates others which leads to suffering of culture and morale. As the
healthcare worker I was not able to manage the work, which unable to co ordinate and
understand to various fields and can not improve the patient care and risk their safety. I was
taking time to settle in the contemporary situations due to absence of flexibility. I was not able to
quickly adapt the shift needs and patient needs.
Analysis
While working I have been analysed that the needs of the people are very urgent which
needs to be sorted as soon as possible. The problem of the population were sorted out one by one
and I and my fellowmates were trying to fulfil the basic and urgent necessities of the people. The
effective communication skill of the workers have ease the understanding between the worker
and the people. They were actively listening to patient and trying to solve the problem verbally
or non- verbally both. With the help of effective communication skills they were coordinating
the provided care and managing the chronic diseases and thus working for improving the overall
quality of care. The worker were trying to relax and calm the people thus reducing the stress and
anxiety. The people were assured and became comfortable in sharing their issues or problem.
That reflects the empathy and compassion of the worker which are associated with the better
support of the medication and accelerating the patient satisfaction. However some of the issue
are still needs to be focused. There was lack of directions in provided service and also the
motivation which leads to suffering of culture and peoples health. The workers are not able to
manage the services properly and coordinate effectively thus they were not able to improve the
provided service and were risking the patients health. The workers were not enough flexible to
adapt the necessities of that time.
Conclusion
while this project I can conclude that, the poverty has adversely impacted the Leeds
population especially the child's and the adults. Due to low income the education need is also not
fulfilled which again the hindering the process of getting job. The people are very prone to
infections and chronic illness due unavailability of resources. The service provider were effetely
communicating with the peoples and completing their requirements and also calming and helping
them to overcome their stress and anxiety. However some of the skills like leadership skills,
management skills needs to be implemented to enhance the service and for this proper action
plan with smart goal is needed.

Action Plan
When I face the similar situation in the future, few action needs to implemented priorly
by me. For effectively management of the medication in the population according to their needs
and reducing the chances of misunderstanding proper Management skills and leadership skills
(McIntyre, Alavinia and Matlow, 2021) needs to implemented by me. In order to resolve the
conflicts and maintain the respect and enthusiasm, management skills should be learned. For
settling in whatever the situation will be and work effectively and enhance the productivity I
have to enhance my flexibility skill in order to increases the productivity (Yildirim, Kantek and
Yilmaz, 2022).
CONCLUSION
From the above Reflection, it can be concluded that the Leeds population are very badly
affected by the Poverty. This poverty has hold back the children growth and development, breaks
the pathway for their education and ultimately stop them to work. Families with the low income,
poverty has lead to use the food bank and skipping of the foods by the parents for their children.
The service provider has decided to challenge the child poverty and reduces the several barriers
that children and adults are facing. The service provider are effectively working which was eased
