MAIN BODY.
Finding the information and evaluating the sources
Information nowadays might be got from various sources but the most common source is
internet where vast amount of topics and data are made available to research form. However, it is
important that information that has been collected is reliable and accurate and this is only
possible when right search engines are been chosen. Moreover, it is essential that when searching
any kind of information and found (reliable) than it need to be stored so that it might be used for
the future references (AlHouli and Al-Khayatt, 2020). Thus, information finding is easier than
evaluating it as it requires that its based on the topic and subject matter is not irrelevant and of no
use. Also, after the evaluation it is essential that to check the information collected is form the
latest sources and is not of older data as it will than become of no use and there would no proof
of its validation. Thus, the information that is collected need to be reviewed on timely manner
and also narrowed down to specific topic so that it might be well understood and us easy to
understand by anyone that wants top access the data in the future at any point of time.
Understanding the CARRP test and use for its studies.
It is type of test that helps in analysing whether the information collected is reliable or
not. Also, it consists of elements such as currency, authority, relevance and purpose. Moreover, it
is used only for evaluating the sources of material that are collected from online sources. Hence,
once the test in applied in the right manner than it helps in identifying whether the respective
materials have to be used or not in any for the field of research for the future purpose. Also, each
element in this test belong to some aspect such as currency stands for timeliness, relevance is for
importance of information, authority is for source where the informations are gathered, accuracy
is the truthfulness and correctness in the information and lastly purpose is the reason for the
information exists (Alizamar and et.al., 2018). Moreover, this type of test assures that all the
information is reliable for conduct of any future researches. However, the students in the initial
time finds quite challenging when applying this type of test as it is not easy as it seems and more
number of complexity might be faced when individual is less known about certain facts or data
related to any topic. Also, the main purpose of this test is ultimate goal of the author that would
enable in identifying the answers to certain questions like is there is thesis statement, is site
trying to sell something, how the source is intended to be used and much more that would help in
achieving certain objectives or goals (Burkhart and et.al., 2020).
