Briber Act 2010 was formed in the year 2010 on 1st of July by UK
government. In this act all kinds of principles and regulations is
been covered. As per the act an solid framework has been formed in
order to deal over offences that give rise to corruption and
dishonesty. Then common law and statute law is being used to
make sure that proper applicability of act is being done. Two other
acts is taken into consideration like Public Bodies Corrupt Practices
Act 1889 and the Prevention of Corruption Act 1906. section 17 of
schedule 2 is been covered while forming the act.
