by patient, professor or employer. Accountability is required to build the relationship between
the provider and the individual who requires special care. These actions provide the organization
to provide advanced quality care and it also alters the abuse of the resources that might effect the

and demand. Further will also analyze the importance of accountability in providing care to the

in the setting (Hoque and et. al., 2018). It can also enable the employer to perform well and make
a better team as healthcare professionals who should provide quality of patient care to every
patient. Here, employer is also responsible for hiring eligible healthcare professionals they

also ensure that their selected health and social care service provider should perform their
services more appropriately and take care of patient health appropriately. It can also enable the
employer to get accountable for their roles and responsibility with following all the law and
reducing risk of ethical issues (Harrison, 2018). This should also ensure that every patient's
quality of care service center is without any discrimination.
Professional regulators should be also accountable for their own roles and responsibility
in which they should perform their role more appropriately within health and social care settings.
