INTRODUCTION
Legal ethics are those principles which is used by legal profession in order to make sure
that legal practices is done in effective manner. These ethics has been helping in making better
professional perspectives developed in relation to those aspects that helps in achieving better
results in relation legal conduct. Such aspects has been making development of proper legal
framework which makes all kinds of elements covered that impacts courts ethical perspective. In
this file things covered is based upon case scenario which is related to misappropriation of
client's fund. In relation to this judgement is required to be presented providing relevancy to case
scenario.

Issue: The main issue that has been marked out is related over misappropriation of clients
funds. This means when funds of client has been used with an intention of illegal means by
another person for one's own use or another unauthorized person. This kinds of misappropriation

administrator of a dead person or by any person with responsibility to care for protection of
another assets(Bateman, 2017). It is consider to be an public offence. It can be understood with
an example that is Connecticut, an attorney who knowingly misappropriates a client's
funds or other property held in trust will be disbarred. A claim for misappropriation of
funds is subject to statute of limitations. When a claim is brought against the alleged thief
of the goods, the statute runs from the time of the theft even if the property owner was
unaware of the theft at the time that it occurred.

Fraudulent misappropriation of funds is an offence which is covered within Australian
Solicitor Conduct Rules. In the act its has been explained that a person having collected upon

foreign lawyers to whom they apply. Both the laws are applied within the case scenario as the

used in order to make discipline developed within proceedings of court. Also through the aspects
ethical aspects has been enshrined. In this file an judgement has been prepared by marking out

misrepresentation of funds that is an criminal offence. Also relevant cases has been explained in
relation to misrepresentation. In the end judgement is produced out of analysis done in relation
