INTRODUCTION
Legal framework can be defied as a kind of system of state and federal constitutions
which is applicable to and are important to be complied with all the organizations or service
workers (Nawaz and Koç, 2018). Legal framework helps an organization to operate legally,
maintain positive relationship with all of their stakeholders and shareholders. Legal framework
also helps an organization to resolve any kind of dispute or conflict easily. This assignment will
lay emphasis upon provision and explanation of legal framework and legal solution for an
organization. This assignment will also focus upon case study of Pegasus, which is a partnership
organization that deliver goods ordered on line.
TASK 1
Divisions and different sources of law in the UK
It is important for Pegasus to have knowledge about legal system and all information of it
for knowing their rights and better ways of performing functions. By having knowledge
regarding sources of law, Jay and Alex, partners of Pegasus can protect themselves against
lawsuit.
UK consists of 4 countries such as: England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. There
are some laws that apply to the whole of the UK and some applies either on 1,2 or 3 countries.
Sources: There are mainly four sources of law such as:

law are: acts of parliament. Main principal legislature that is UK parliament, based in London
and it has powerful right of passing laws that apply to the whole UK. This UK parliament again
consists of the House of common and the House of Lords.

geographic constituency (Masiero and et.al., 2020).
• The house of lords has around 800 peers. Queen appoints 600 members formally on the
recommendations of the Prime Minister. Rest of the members are inherited aristocratic

bill is being sent for third and final reading. At this stage, all members debate regarding this for
taking better decision and if the government get majority then the bill is passed to the House of
Lords. After passing the bill by both of houses it is then sent to the queen for the Royal Assent.
Bill then becomes an act of parliament. It is also stated Prime Minister leads the government in
the UK with the support of ministers and cabinet.
