legal requirement that need to be followed in
field of teaching as well as it will throw light on
implication of copyright and intellectual
property for use of resources.
PRESENTING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Laws and regulation need to be followed by
teachers while using resources in order to avoid
intervention as well as to maintain smooth flow of
information.
Along with this, using communication technology
benefits teacher in interacting with others as well as
build healthy relation between students and
teachers that result in building good understanding.
In addition to this, teachers must follow Copyright
Design Act 1988 as it controls created document to
the author and all the students will be able to create
and continue the study accordingly.
Although The Equality Act 2010 allow educator to
treat their students with equal opportunity to all
the students
IMPACT OF COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY RIGHT
The Copyright Act, 1988 indicates that the
writing or documents are considered to be
intellectual property to the creator.
Along with this, the property cannot be copied or
used without the permission of the owner as well
as student have to follow this law and keep in the
mind that it cannot make use of unauthorized
property and in case of use it has to pay penalties
