Introduction
Business law are the laws that is used for making legal structure which is used
by business organization making development provided in more impact manner. The
laws has been making legal framework provided within a country. In these laws
business organization makes proper legislation formed in effective way. Through this
legislature is developed making nature of business been developed making work
done in effectiveness. This makes organization sustainability achieve goals and
objectives in more impact manner. The law makes sustainability achieve over growth
of business organization. Scope of business law holds wider aspects that helps in
making business organization function in more effective manner. In the report various
kinds of aspects related to law has been explained and in this main aspects that has
been covered are regarding civil and criminal law. These laws has helped in
improving business organizations working process. Further, sources of law exists
which makes business functions conducted in more effective manner. Then
employment law with unfair dismissal and duties of employer is covered.
Part 1: Classifications of Law
Define laws and identify the respective legal systems in the UK
Laws means those regulations that has been used in order to make various
aspects covered which impacts society and its working. Under law concrete legal
structure has been created making framework formed in order to punish people
committing crime. These law deals upon various activities performed in more
effective manner. According to legal system main law that are present within English
legal system are civil and criminal law. They are helpful as it makes dealing in
relation to different issues existing within society. Further, both civil and criminal
makes legal functions performed within legal system of United Kingdom. In this all
kinds of wrong and crime has been covered as per there nature.
Explanation with examples the following as means of classification
of laws in the English Legal system
a) Civil Law:
Civil law are one of the most important law which is used for solving civil
cases in more effective manner. Under these laws various kinds of private issues
and problems faced by individual living within society. In civil law various aspects
regarding behavioral patterns has been discussed which is existing within society.

Through civil law major impact is formed over wrong that has been done by an
individual existing within society. Through civil law major aspects based upon
individual's behavior and nature. The major aspects is based upon civil law that has
been covered in order to make justice served within society. Through using civil
procedure code various process in relation to civil cases has been covered. In these
laws civil procedure code has important aspect to be covered as it make judiciary
proceedings conducted in more effective manner. In this proper idea has been
provided which makes civil case solved within the diameter of legal structure.
Through these laws justice is served in civil cases and various kinds of legislation is
used. In this common law are used with civil law making justice procured in all kind
of civil cases without any problem. These law makes judges to form principles used
in various kinds of case related to property, law of tort, contract law and employment
with proper relevance in relation over civil cases.
Civil law has been made strong legal structure prepared with the help of
common law making justice served within critical cases also. Under civil procedure
code different topics and land acquisition principles has been covered. In this details
regarding all process of civil law has been covered. Through civil procedure codes
judges are able to maintain legal integrity within civil cases. Also individual's welfare
is done with these laws by providing appropriate legal structure which is to be
followed by individual.
b) Criminal Law:
Criminal law are the laws that has been used in order to make criminal
activities handled in more effective manner. These laws are specialized for dealing
with criminal offenses taking place within society. Further, criminal law covers about
incidences impacting society at large. Also various kinds of legislation has been
formed which make justice served in more effective way. The offenses in criminal
law are known as crime. In these laws two main elements should be present that is
motive and Menus Reasus only then crime can be proved. Then criminal procedure
code has been followed which makes legislation used in legal manner. This code
provides process in relation to trial, proceedings and investigation used by judges in
criminal case. It makes justice served over crimes existing in society. Under these
laws offenses like assault, murder, kidnapping, rape, extortion and mob lynching has

been covered. Criminal law is used to handle psychotic people and criminals existing
in society.
In criminal law court's are required to be used different process regarding trial
and proceeding. As, per this various legislation's are used helping in punishing
criminals and providing penalties in relation to offenses. These laws helps the
society to develop public safety and security in relation to criminal cases
Explanation of the role of the following Courts in the English Legal
system
High Court:
High court is one of the mos important part of legal system of United Kingdom
and are known as court of appeals also. In this court three divisions exists which are
Chancellery bench , Family bench and Queen's bench they are used for handling
criminal matters existing within the court. Queen's bench handles all kinds of criminal
cases and provides judgment over it. Then comes chancellory division which is
based upon handling civil cases providing judgment over it. Third division is family
bench which covers family related matters and child born out of it. These divisions
has helped in making judiciary more strong in nature. High Court has been given
power to quash the judgment passed by lower court when its is unable to serve
justice.

Supreme Court:
This court is the first court that is present within English legal system making
judgment passed by applying relevant law within it. The court also protects
constitutional framework and fundamental rights which cannot be infringed. In this
court appeals passed form High Court is also handled. Supreme Court has been
given power like forming quasi- judicial authority which makes all kinds of functions
handled by them.
Supreme Court can guide High Court in order to manage cases of all types.
Also Supreme Court makes legal committed formed for preparing report on particular
legislation that has been passed by government. This is done when statutory law
does not serve justice. Through common law new law has been formed making
justice served in real sense.
Part 2: Source of law
Explanation of Case Law as a source of laws
Case law are those source that has helped in forming new law by passing
landmark judgment within the court. In this judges analysis all facts, issues and
legislation related to case. It is applied when statutory law is not able to provide
justice. In this loopholes in relation to legislation has been covered which provides
better understanding about the law or act. These law makes effective principle
formed that makes judiciary more effective in nature. It leads over making law
applied in real sense and makes principles of natural justice secured.
Explanation of the process of making Legislation
Legislation is one of the most important source that has been making
permanent laws to be formed within a country. This leads upon developing laws
which are of permanent in nature and makes legal structure enhanced. The law has
been formed using three reading process given by constitution of United Kingdom.
The law has been utilized within trial conducted by judges within particular case and
it can be applied within legislation and judicial system by making it more strong.
The meaning and examples of Delegated Legislation
Delegated legislation is that kind of legislation which is related upon forming of
sub authority which helps in solving critical situation through applicability of law
within society. Example in relation to delegated legislation is, ministry exercises
power of applying emergency and can also be applied with the help of Privy Council.

Part 3: UK law making process:
Employment Law
These are the laws that has been made in order to secure employee's which
protect rights and duties of employee's through its legal existence. In employment
law various factors regarding employee's are covered which are quality, wages and
rights that is required to be provided to employee's over work done by them. it has
been providing opportunities to secure justice in relation to problems faced by
employee's. Also this is an important law which makes strong relation formed
between employer and employee.
Statutory Duties of Employers to their employees
There are various kinds of duties employer that has been explained as follows:
 The first duty is based upon maintaining health and safety standards
regarding employees.
 Wages of employees is based upon making secured way created which is
provided over legal structure. This used for providing wags and salary in time.
 Employee's requires to be treated equally and there should be increase in
diversity.
Wrongful Dismissal and Unfair Dismissal Actions
In the employment law various aspects has been explained in relation over
unfair dismissal within the Employees Right act 1996. in section 92 of the act unfair
dismissal has been covered which cannot be done by an organization. According to
the act an employee can only be dismissed when fraud, theft or violation of ethical
code of conduct has been done. As per the concept relevant case law is Reilly v
Sandwell within which the issue that has been raised is based upon headteacher of
a primary school could be fired for not disclosing the issue. In this court held that
Mrs Reilly’s appeal that her summary dismissal was unfair. The appellant had a duty
to inform the school’s governing body of her relationship with a convicted sex
offender.

Conclusion
From the above discussion it can be marked out that business law are those
laws used in order to make business organization formed in effective manner. In this
report things covered has been followed in relation to civil and criminal law that has
been covered in detail. Also sources of law has been covered which is based upon
legislation, delegated legislation and case law as source of law. In the end
employment law has been covered with duties of employer and employee that has
been explained with unfair dismissal.
