protect rights and duties of employee's through its legal existence. In employment
law various factors regarding employee's are covered which are quality, wages and
rights that is required to be provided to employee's over work done by them. it has
been providing opportunities to secure justice in relation to problems faced by
employee's. Also this is an important law which makes strong relation formed
between employer and employee.

There are various kinds of duties employer that has been explained as follows:
The first duty is based upon maintaining health and safety standards
regarding employees.
Wages of employees is based upon making secured way created which is
provided over legal structure. This used for providing wags and salary in time.
Employee's requires to be treated equally and there should be increase in
diversity.
Wrongful Dismissal and Unfair Dismissal Actions
In the employment law various aspects has been explained in relation over
unfair dismissal within the Employees Right act 1996. in section 92 of the act unfair
dismissal has been covered which cannot be done by an organization. According to
the act an employee can only be dismissed when fraud, theft or violation of ethical
