Please consider my application regarding the position of being a legal volunteer for the legal
advice clinic. I have learned about this particular organization through the public service
database and is very eager to work as a legal volunteer. I have completed my education and I
have attained the bachelor degree in law. Being a part of this organization would help me to
connect with different individuals and provide them with legal advice and such would continue
my commitment towards contributing to the society by assisting individuals and helping them
with my knowledge.
As a senior in my University I had written honors thesis on the politics regarding bilingual
education which concentrated on strategies for the protection of the minority students rights
regarding language. It was considered to be my career objective to work on language issues and
in general discriminatory practices1. My experience in law school has acquainted me with a wide

range of legal fields as well as concepts that I would be eager to put into practice. The job
description that has been provided by you for your search for a candidate is considered to have
experience in the field of tracking and maintaining records and along with such provide legal
assistance to the individuals that are associated with legal aid clinic. I have worked in most of
these capacities due to several of my prior positions and therefore, I am excited about the further
prospect in order to further hone my skills. In addition to such another aspect of this job
description is considered to be a supportive place which would help me in growing my skills as
you are considered to be looking for a volunteer who would be able to provide with legal advice
to the individuals who have been deprived of their rights. Therefore, I feel that I am well-suited
for this position. Apart from these, I am committed to the collaboration as well as support in the
workplace which would help me to contribute to the organization2. I have also worked as a Trial
attorney and I have acquired extensive experience regarding the conducting, overseeing and
planning of all the phases regarding the employment and litigation which would be on behalf of
the plaintiffs. I have handled numerous depositions which had been propounded as well as
responded to various discovery requests.
As it can be noted from my resume I am highly skilled in performing various kinds of
legal assistance and along with such I have also had experience in secretarial tasks and I can do
so efficiently. I am particularly competent in being able to greet customers and along with such
building and developing good relations with the customers. In addition to such I have
competence in typing cover letters as well as taking meetings and providing relies to phone calls
and emails. I have also demonstrated my ability to provide assistance to the attorney with several

completing as well as editing documents which would also be categorized in order to handle the
transaction closings which would provide assistance in document productions for the process of
litigation. Furthermore, I have experience in working with computers. Therefore, I would be able
to help in maintaining the records. As a skilled legal officer I have the experience in negotiating
business and handle customers and along with such the staff agreements. I have sufficient
knowledge and skill in drafting the regulatory reports which would be on various legal
compliance issues. In addition to such, I would also be competent enough to analyze the
marketing materials that have been made before the publications in order to assess the impact3.
My passion and along with such previous experience in law would also provide a strong
academic background which would make me a good contender for this position. Presently, I am
operating as my own Plaintiff-side employment litigation practice and I represent clients with
matters regarding employment law but such is not limited or restricted to discrimination or
harassment or fraud, breach of contract or retaliation to defamation matters among others4.
