AI Summary
This legal writing assignment addresses the criteria for restraint orders, focusing on a specific case (BOOGU055) in GuildFord County. The author argues that a restraint order issued in 2015, preventing claims in both County and High Courts, is unjust due to a lack of proper advice and potential mental health issues leading to the initial claim in 2014. The essay contends that the order's application to past and future claims is overly broad and requests permission to appeal or discharge the order, citing procedural irregularities and a lack of key legal principles. The author supports their arguments with references to UK Justice guidelines and government guidance on civil restraint orders.

RESTRAINT ORDERS CRITERIA
Claim No: BOOGU055
Name of Court: GuildFord County
Dear Judge,
I have noticed that if general civil restraint order is made then party will be restrained
from issuing any kind of claim of making any application in County Court and High Court. Case
study indicates that I have made claim in year 2014 and the restraint order was passed in year
2015. It means I do not hold right to claim the damage (UK Justice, 2016). It is becuase
according to law, decision is applicable for past 2 years as well as upcoming 2 years. It means the
human life who have live without wages may face critical issue. In case, the lackof advice and
mental health issue has lead to restraint order in 2014 then party need to apply for permission to
appeal the order. As same if permission is granted then party is holding right to appeal for the
order.
Along with this, I am sure that permission has not taken from the judge of County Court
which has created an issue. To claim the case permession can be taken for application of
amendment or dicharge of the order. Morover, I may also ask for permission to judge if the
restraint order is passed by designated Civil Judge and other appointed deputy (Civil restraint
orders, 2016). I am writing this permission letter for the same as I am sure that decision maker
has promoted order without first obtaining the permisssion of the judge. It has been witnessed
that is I beleives that concequences of order is due to poor advice so here I am asking for
permisssion for discahrge of order. Kindly permit me to claim as lack of key principles and
values are present in the case.
Thank You,
Ms. Varin Suurpere
