thing which is needed to be considered is that Equality Act 2010 is one of the law which doesn't
allow to discriminate any of the people and even it is necessary too. There are number of laws
and regulation before 2010 who are required to work to provide the equal opportunity to every

Unconscious bias is the condition where people are not being treated equally within the
workplace and that has the direct impact on the results of a company. This situation creates
problem for the organisation due to which it never becomes easy for any of the person to achieve
the targets which they wants to accomplish. In context of British Broadcasting Corporation, it is
necessary that they should not allow to create any of those situation due to which unconscious
bias takes place. If they can understand the importance of unconscious bias then they can help to
improve the productivity and help to enhance the performance of a company (Modood, 2016).
Their worker will also feel comfortable to working in positive environment where are judged on
the basis of their performance. Unconscious bias doesn't allow to achieve the targets which are
planned by the company. In short, it is one the situation which is needed to be understood by any
of the public service agency, else it can create lots of issues and problem for the to achieve their
target because unconscious bias doesn't allow to accomplish the targets which company wants to
achieve.
Prejudice & Discriminatory Behaviour is also an unsuitable situation in which people
are not be treated equally and as per their potential. This is one of the area that create lots of
problem for any of the person. The most important thing which is needed to be consider is that
both this terms is the biggest barriers to achieve the target of an successful business (Stephenson,
2017). This behaviour de-motivates the employee's or any of the other person due to which they
are not capable to achieve the targets which they want to achieve. This types of condition do

the power to file the case against those person who are trying to create the environment due to
which other people have to suffer. In context of British Broadcasting Corporation, their advisory
services has the role to tell that whether laws and regulations are being followed or not and if not
what can be the done to make them follow (Equality Advisory and Support Service, 2019). They
are also need to advice that how fair opportunity can be given to everyone on the basis of skills
and talent due to which they can easily attain the targets which they are willing to achieve.
D1 Evaluate the impact of unconscious bias, prejudice and discrimination on the individuals,
victims and perpetrators within the public services sector, providing examples of the
response of public sector organisations to legislative requirement.
The impact of prejudice, unconscious bias and discrimination on any of the individual
creates lots of problem for any of the person because it doesn't allow to work according to their
potential. It will reduce the moral of people due to which they to suffer form various problem
and even company have also face the issues which can be seen from the annual reports which
they prepare to calculate the profit (Puhl, Suh and Li, 2016). Here, it can be said that targets will
not be accomplished by company so it is said that various problem will be needed to face by the
