Positive and negative aspects of employee engagement includes some positive effect
which are employee commitment is increased, they provide much good ideas through the
feedback and insights taken from them, they grow in their productivity that eventually rises up
their moral. On the other hand employee engagement also negatively affects in a way that level
of manager and employee can't be differentiated, the decisions made by more number of
employees are not consistent so the organisation needs a lot of communication and also need to
normalize the chaos (O’Brien, 2020). Managers can hardly make decisions in this case. In
context to Technow employees feel to be responsible for their supervisors, they feel to express
more about their opinions as they as being valued. Workers are most motivated persons who
want to give their best to take their company on heights. It results likely that they will also value
for their work and think that their efforts would bring a change to company. They would focus
more on quality of work they provide in their performance as they will efficiently while keeping
in mind to achieve success for an organisation. They give all of their focus towards a company at
the working time.
It is necessary that the organisation abide to the certain laws which is related to the
discrimination legislation (Pinck and Sonnentag, 2018) . It is necessary that the organisation is
not discrimination its employees on basis on gender, equality etc. it is identified that if the
organisation in practice of the discrimination which can lead to the less productivity within the
business organisation. It is necessary for the organisation t have the equality act so that the
employees can have a motivation in their work and do not feel like they are not treated well in
the business organisation. The impact of the discrimination can impact the employments
relationship as if one person is been discriminated with the other there can be the differentiation
and the employees will feel like they are been not valued by the organisation. The discrimination
can lead to the various misconceptions between the people and can lead to demotivation between
the employees The time working regulation act is one of the helpful which can help the
businesses to have a proper time and work balance for the employees which is helpful for them

Diversity and Inclusion, here diversity in a workplace is considered as making a variety
of team workers that is concerning for society in which the company is operating. Inclusion
represents to work environment in which all workers are treated equally and respectfully in
opportunities and all facilities and they can help in a company's growth. It also defines about a
worker' experience within a workplace in terms of how they are valued and included in an
organisation(Poulose and Sudarsan, 2018). Equality is more about getting equal opportunities
and facing no discrimination regarding age, gender, sexual orientation, race, colour, religion,
martial status, disability. The importance of social justice is that it makes sure that every person
gets resources in a good manner, it protects sentiments of people are not hurt on religion basis. It
also defends everyone from racism, thus helps in equality between gender. In context to
Technow, the firm ensures about equality by getting everyone an adequate healthcare. Business
is significant as it provides quality of goods and services to the utilization of people as per their
needs and wants. In context to Technow importance of business is considered for economic

Employees in UK are governed by the various employment legislations which lay down
provisions that relation to their working conditions, wages, rights, etc. Employment Rights Act
1996 relates to the Fair and Unfair dismissal of employees where Fair dismissal is basically

related to the conduct of an employee and also includes performance and capabilities. So when a
company dismisses an employee due to their misconduct or below the average performance by
the employee then it is considered to be a fair dismissal. But it is essential that proper procedures
are followed with respect to giving a period of notice and giving proper reasons to the employee.
Whereas Unfair dismissal is when an employee is dismissed from the job based on
discrimination and without serving a proper notice period and without giving a chance to the
employee to justify themselves then it is said that the employee is unfairly dismissed by the
employer. It also involves not giving proper reasons of dismissal to the employee. Example of
unfair dismissal is firing a woman employee when she is on maternity leave (Verniers and Vala,
2018).
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from this essay that Work life balance is an essential aspect of
personal and professional performance which involves ensuring productivity as well. Not just
this, taking care of well-being is also important in the business environment for the success of
the business. It promotes effectiveness and efficiency at the work. Employees should also be
engaged so that they feel they have active participation which can make them feel motivated all
the time. Discrimination should be discouraged in the employment relations because it can have
negative effects and inclusion by respecting diversity should be encouraged. Employees are
governed by the Employment Rights act 1996 which lays down if an employee is fairly or
