ideas summarise through the video. The company named Kiddicraft could be called the
pioneer of the Lego idea with various alterations. However this idea was later taken from the
Kiddicraft Company by the Lego Company and altered according to their needs. The
modifications were made in specific ways to have various colours, geometric and other
dimensions that will serve the purpose of the Lego Company. This product is considered to
be one of the most innovative products seen as new dimension and different thinking.
Moreover the modification and the development made, according to the needs ensure
successful innovation. The Lego innovations adopted by the Lego company makes it more
famous and make things most suitable for the next generation. The innovation that is made
based on various factors such as the purchasing power, the needs of entertainments,
availability of the various resources, the method of playing, along with the economic
conditions of the consumers. It is considered that the company introduced these innovations
in shapes geometrics and colours in order to attract children. However with the success in
this field the company extended it innovation to various other things such as building
prototype or in education. However one of the greatest with advantages that the Lego
Company has is the use of the plastic. Manufacturing the products using plastic, have a
major environmental disadvantage. This results in a major drawback for the company.
Innovation in the Lego Company has been breaking the conventional rules. However
many companies are trying to minimise various possibilities of failures in order to pursue
innovation. Various companies and their managers are trying to put a step forward in
innovation. However most of them are afraid of trying out the unconventional ways of work.
For companies like Lego, the breaking of the conventional ways of working is a major
competitive advantage. Innovation to be incorporated in a company is a major challenge.

space, transportation, renewable energy has been taking place simultaneously in the attempt
of reaching the goal of the most innovative country in the world. according to my point of
view, in many countries have been struggling in the major sectors such as education,
healthcare, transportation, initiative taken by government is an advantage to ensure
successful and efficient services being provided. However I think that the various innovation
competition that to U A E government sponsors is also a good attempt in order to encourage
innovation in every sector of life. With the initiative of the government, various organisations
and companies who are trying to incorporate innovation are not afraid of failure. They are
ready to break the conventional rules and face any kind of challenges with the encouragement
