falls under the category of leading private limited companies in the UK. The study will explain
an organizational overview, four objectives and a challenge objective. It will also specify the
content of modules studied to placement activity and how well-prepared were for placement
projects in term of skills required and discipline of workplace. The report will justify skills
requirement and analysis. Furthermore, it will also clarify log book, case study and testimonial.
Lastly, the report will explain appropriate evaluation of how each learning objectives has been

designing or developing a mobile application and amusement centre app, play vital role to make

workplace due to intensive efforts of learning. My efforts further improved my quality and level

carried out and every new entrance is required to join it for fifteen days. In formal training every
day one hour classes were arranged and new entrants were given basis understanding of their
work, since all the entrants had good understanding of the area they were supposed to serve but
lack of professional competence was weakening their fort so with this regard the training
programme has been featured. Then as informal training all the employees are trained on the
job by their trainees who were senior employees of the company. I have received the both
training simultaneously which not only made me learn more about my area of interest.
After the pre-decided time the performance of the all new entrances got appraised where
I also participated. It was 360 degree appraisal scheme where all key stakeholder participated
and extended their views, in this appraisal approach salient dimensions of the employees were
articulated by the people who were interacting on daily basis, as outcomes some subsequent
actions were taken, for instance- people with poor performance were given next deadline for
training, who performed good were appreciated and given more scope to improve their skills.
