INTRODUCTION
A portfolio report is defined as essential document that contains different forms of key
aspects that in turn provide desire outcomes to management in an organization. Each element in
this form of report it used to achieve strategic aims and objectives of companies, either small or
large that is essential for them to do so. The current assignment will be based on Lehrity, which
falls under the category of leading private limited companies in the UK. The study will explain
an organizational overview, four objectives and a challenge objective. It will also specify the
content of modules studied to placement activity and how well-prepared were for placement
projects in term of skills required and discipline of workplace. The report will justify skills
requirement and analysis. Furthermore, it will also clarify log book, case study and testimonial.
Lastly, the report will explain appropriate evaluation of how each learning objectives has been
achieved.
TASK
1- Company overview
General description-
Lehrity is one of those companies that provide excellent and satisfactory services to its
consumers along with strategic solutions that will enhance the satisfactory level of its target
market such as digital ventures. It was incorporated in 2019, and classified as subsidiary of
international company. It may take initiative to provide strategic services to people with number
of employees approx 10. Its dynamic and productive team in the workplace enable customers to
retain with brand forever. As they are able to provide them appropriate solutions regarding issues
they may have.
History, size, markets, mission and services-
The chosen company was founded in 2014, in the United Kingdom, with number of
workers. The aim of Lehirty is to provide solutions and services to each customer such as remote
DBAs, database consulting, cloud services, DBA on demand and consultation in sales forces,
just too few clients. It may recently employ 5 skilled and talented people, who may contribute to
achieve strategic aim and objectives of company. Its mission it to cater accurate and effective
solutions in a timely and effective manner to clients that they may successfully thrive their
ventures in the recent competitive world of business or digital market.
Area, department, sections and team-

It operates in the UK market, and have few departments such as IT, research and
development & management. Each department aid to gain competitive advantages in form of
enhancing customer satisfaction. Lehrity may leverage its extensive experience and leadership
with a group of talented and knowledgable candidates in manual, functional, automated and non-
functional testing, which allow them to meet business expectations and overcome challenge that
comes through. The main responsibility of its IT team expert is to provide the best out of the best
solutions to digital companies, who tend to grow and succeed in the market where competition
level is higher than the expectations of any brand, either public or private. Another, department
or team of employees who work for and in the chosen company is research & development. As
they are accountable to conduct appropriate market research for purpose of achieving strategic
aims of Lehirty.
2- The project.
Amusement centre web and mobile application development, are the two different types
of projects, that individual effort to accomplish in appropriate and effective manner (Rajvanshi
and et.al., 2021). In order to develop the both projects, developer may utilize specific software
tools such as HTML, CSS, JAVAScript. Each software tool that IT team used, for purpose of
designing or developing a mobile application and amusement centre app, play vital role to make
these two project successfully. As it enable them to provide and enhance customer satisfaction
level, especially when they want to take rest and keep themselves away from hectic work
schedule. Along with above, there are different forms of software tools available in the world of
business that a data analyst or web developer utilized in order to develop a website or application
that help them to provide the best services to customers or target market (Aziz and et.al., 2021).
Web.com, Sass, NPM and chrome dev-tools are the most effective tools that utilize in the context
of both above discussed project, as each project is related to IT.
Problems and their solutions-
While taking initiatives and proceeding further in the context of amusement centre web
and mobile applications projects, there are several issues raised, that put negative impact on
success of each project. Cost overrun is the main issue that web and app developer encounter
during the process of developing both projects (Shoar, Chileshe and Edwards, 2022). It may lead
to decrease the effectiveness of IT team to design a web and app in appropriate manner. Another
issue that they may encounter is lack of resources as skilled people who can contribute to make

each project successful. The best ways to solve the first issue is appropriate budget planning,
including some additional amount that help further to develop a web and mobile application.
Another solution regarding second challenge is appropriate planing related to recruitment and
selection, which enable management to succeed.
My contribution in projects-
It is important for me make valuable contribution in project success context, in term of
providing strategic directions as it was a team project. Therefore, each team member require a
specific direction or guidance that aid to move ahead with better plan and tactic. I can support
my team members to design or develop the best amusement centre web, which in turn provide
users a lot of benefits such as information about an amusement and services that it might be
offered to individual person who visit the place.

4- Link with academic activity.
In the context of placement projects, I am well-prepared, because of having skills that are
required to complete each project in appropriate manner. I am posing better knowledge about
communication skill that play important role in the context of career success and growth,
whether it is related to personal or professional. Logic and computation is one of those modules
regarding which I will utilize the current skill. I am well-prepared for my placement projects, due
to pose good knowledge about researching skills that also play significant role in my placement
success. It makes me capable to work on network, and operating systems, graduate development
and other forms of modules, that teach a specific lesson to me and provide useful knowledge that
I will apply further as when it requires.
However, I also want to shed lights on my weaknesses that will put negative impact on
my work in the future when I will initiative to complex a project during placement, which is
quite essential for me to do so systematically and effectively. Therefore, I need to develop some
skills that play crucial role in the context of placement success. As it enable me to complete each
project in appropriate manner, that is essential for me to do that. I want to develop Java skills,
algorithm and other that allow to prepare myself for placement projects that I will tend to
complete and obtain benefit of each in form of gaining knowledge about varied aspects or
concepts that teach a great lesson to me.
5- Skills required
The success of any project or task is possible when individual person who are responsible
to accomplish the work have appropriate skills and competencies. As each skill and competency

play significant role in the context of their success and achievements, better than last few
projects or tasks. There are different types of skills are required to complete a project in
appropriate manner in term of providing desire outcomes to the administration. Like others, I
also want and tend to develop some required and essential skills that play important role in the
context of my career success and growth. Microsoft share point is one of those competencies
that I would seek to develop as it is useful and beneficial for my performance. The chosen skill
encompasses some activities or terms that make it more effective than the other skills in the
world that individual person have and utilize in appropriate manner. Another skill along with
current one, I need to develop is presentation skill. In the context of my existing experience, the
development or learning of both skills is quite difficult as it is a lengthy procedure that put
adverse impact on my work and effectiveness. There are several forms of additional modules
accessible that would have been provided the best support to me in term of providing benefits.
The training and development module would provide benefit to me in term of offering chance to
get more knowledge about the skills that I want to develop in effective manner for purpose of
completing complex project. I did number of research in order to improve my skills and
knowledge about a project that I plan to undertook during placement. It is quite essential for
anyone to improve or develop those skills that help them to reach desire outcomes in effective
manner that affect positively upon the way they perform and do their job. During my placement I
had undertook different forms of research in the context of several topics. This period had teach
me a great lesson in form of skills development. Placement refer to process of placing or
providing individual chance to grab the best growth chances. It is also defined as act of
managing people or human resource into a specific order. Placement put positive impact on my
choice of final year modules in form of providing better understanding about useful elements that
I will use further to achieve key aim and objectives of research. It provided me chance to get data

October to December Algorithm- I have gained how to make
learn algorithm and it has made my
