The study of consumer behaviour help the organisation to improve there efficiency and there
marketing strategies. All this changes can be done as per the customers needs, preference and there
demand. In this way In this survey, Lenovo Laptop is chosen so that the company can determine the
consumer behaviour. In this way, company can set a goal and sending the questionnaire to the ultimate
customer so that they can give there feedback. It also describes the data which are collected based o0n
the 15 respondent and analysis the condition of the company in a market.

Here this survey can be done by using the consumer behaviour related to the Lenovo laptop. In
this the company's main goal is to established a good relationship with customer and achieve the goals

Finding and Interpretation: From the above data it is found that 13.33% respondents are saying that it is
very professional and that is why most of the people like the Lenovo laptops. 33.33% answers have said
that its style is attractive and that attract most of the people and forced them to buy it. 20% respondents
have viewed that multi functionality of the is the main reason that is why people chose to buy the
Lenovo laptops. From the data it can be interpreted that Lenovo multi functionality is the main attractive
feature of the laptop that has made it positive to the people. From the data analyses it is found that
Lenovo laptops have good post sale service and professional looks but most attractive feature of the
product is its multi function. That is why people are satisfy with the brand and they buy the products of
the organization.

Finding and Interpretation: When researcher has asked question about the whether lenovo laptop are
economical or not then 67% respondents have said that yes it is economical good and people can afford
it easily. On other hand 33% answers have viewed that no it is not economical good and they can not
afford to buy such laptop of Lenovo company. Form the records it can be interpreted that maximum
people think that it is economically good and people can buy this attractive feature laptop of cited firm

Finding and Interpretation: When researcher has asked about the satisfaction level of the customers in
regards to the Lenovo laptops then 50% respondents have said that yes they are highly satisfied with the
features and quality of the laptop. On other hand 50% answers have viewed that they are not satisfied
with the company's products. From the data it can be interpreted that maximum people are satisfied with
the services and products of the lenovo laptop. Cited firm has involved unique features in the system, it
has high quality processor and storage capacity of the laptop is also good. Apart from this it is able to
perform more than one function at single time without hang. Its attractive and professional look make
the people loyal towards the brand and due to this satisfaction level of the consumers are increasing. It
shows that highly satisfied customers can easily buy the products of the company frequently and they
give positive response to others as well. That helps in increasing brand reputation of the entity to great
extent. From the data analyses it can be interpreted that lenovo is able to provide satisfactory products to
the customers and it helps in attracting more people towards the brand significantly.

brand is preferable for them, . While 4 respondent choose the Lenovo laptop for there price, rest of 2
respondent chosen laptop for there weight and 4size. So that there will be high majority of 6 respondent
with battery capacity and less majority with weight and size.

there work, 5 respondent are chosen for there study, 1 respondent are chosen for playing game and rest
of 3 is chosen laptop for other works. In this way, it will analysis that there are high majority of the
respondent who use the laptop for there work which 6 out of 15

Findings and interpretation: In the above table, it finds that there 10 respondent out of 15 which are in
favour to buy the Lenovo gadget in future but there 5 respondent who were not in favour to buy the
Lenovo gadget in future. In this way, it will analysis that in the market Lenovo's gadget demand will be
increases in future as per the majority of the respondent.

made. As per the above feedback given by the 15 respondent, it is find that there 7 respondent who are
satisfied with the technological up-gradation, 2 respondent are strongly satisfied with the technological
up-gradation, 2 respondent are neutral and 3 respondent are dissatisfied with the technological up-
gradation and rest of 1 respondent are strongly dis-satisfied with the technological up-gradation. As per
the data , it is analysis that the high majority with the satisfaction of the customers with the technological
up-gradation and less majority will go to the 1 out of 15 which is strongly dis-satisfied with the
technological up-gradation.

processing speed of Lenovo. As per the point of view with the respondent there are 11 respondent who
are in favour that Lenovo has high processing speed but there 4 respondent also thinks that Lenovo does
not have high processing speed in there laptop.

laptop to there friends and relative and rest of 6 are not in favour to suggesting the lenovo laptop to

As per the above analysis it is clear that consumer behaviour plays an important role for the
growth of any business organisation. If organisation want to make there growth or achieve there goals,
company should analysis the customer's taste, preference etc. so that as per the customer demand
company can analysis there performance and set up there marketing strategies. In this way company can
analysis the market conditions and also setting effective promotional activity which can attract the
customers. Company also give the opportunities to customers to send there feedback in the form of
questionnaire so that as per the feedback company can build itself and accomplishes there goals. In this
way to understand the customer behaviour and setting the right marketing strategies can make the
business growth and secure there competitive position in the market. As per the consumer theories it can
