INTRODUCTION
Inclusive teaching is essential for every teaching institute in order to develop learning
environment. It is the duty of the tutor to treat every student equally irrespective of their cultural
background. Lesson planning will help the tutor to outline what they need to discuss during the
lecture and what they want their student to learn specifically from lesson (Ahmed and et.al
2020). This report will cover the aim and characteristics of the lesson planning, It entails how
lessons are being planned to accomplish the goals, it also covers the learning styles and
taxonomies. It also describes the preparedness of the effective lesson plan, and also lays out the
need for flexibility and adaptability in designing of lesson plan. Moving on further it will lay out
the complete lesson plan for the Hospitality and management subject. It will also illustrate the
description of assessment and evaluation along with its different methods. Report will also lay
out the uses of differentiated assessment and analysis of assessment and evaluation result.

Another benefit of lesson planning is that with this tutor can easily begin to arrange the
activities that helps the student to increase their focus. For an example if tutor is teaching laws
and regulation subject, then in such it is difficult for the students to learn the laws, for that tutor

distribution process (Raes and et.al., 2020). Throughout the learning process its important term
that teachers apply small activities within class with project or assessment distribution to
students, so they can provide information which things they learn from this specific chapter or
from topic. From the assessment its very easier to identify student learn specific object of topic
or lesson or not. Clarity and consistency in education process can be only managed when
teachers refer assessment work within class activities or for homework. Perfect teachers always
use this approach throughout the questioner, written or oral test and from multiple methods or
approaches application. Assessment not develop comparison, it only evaluates and identified
with the student performance evaluation within class activities.
Evaluation:
This approach includes development of compare within two students or more. In case one
student got higher marks in examination it provides clear idea that this specific has potential to
learn from this method, or they do have capability as well. And student who got low marks its
easier to determine that this specific has lower interest and maybe they don't have capability to
learn from this method (O’Doherty and et.al., 2018). So from the identification and evaluation of
marks criteria makes more clarity that students has power to learn new things with specific

5.2 Utilization of different methods of assessment and evaluation
Diagnostic: In this method teachers firstly evaluate potential of students, skills and
weakness identification. Because utilization of this approach is airlessness for learning object
completion. Teachers when decides to distribute education they do have duty to apply, follows
multiple approaches in education for great learning. Diagnostic assessment process application in
education student get learn individual thing with different methods like practical, normal,
designer or any other methods. Therefore, when teacher uses different approaches for the
effective learning distribution is one of the most import aspect.
Ipsative: It totally depends on preview work performance of students because its easier to
determine that which methods or practices is important to add on into education distribution.
Having proper idea of student performance makes more clarity and consistency and application
new approaches development in education (Bicen and Kocakoyun, 2018). Also, this method
motivates that it’s not very challenging aspect that one individual not perform well. So teacher
only prefer to provide education to student who not understanding teachers point of views but its
also essential that teacher maintains effectiveness in education process with proper method
application which can be understood by every student of class.
Evaluation methods
Peer reviews: In this study teacher mainly decides to provide lesson on hospitality and
management. So teachers have duty to develop proper information of this topic and when teacher
provide information into class students has duty that they properly listen reviews and point of
view of teacher. Peer reviews is important term to continue improvement expansion in education
system throughout the distribution of information to teachers that they do have to improve this
specific method in their education system. Teaching is one of the most effective skill when
individual have because it’s not easier to manage work with proper discipline manner. Also, its
methods where student can easily share their review to teacher that they do have to add on new
practice in education system.
Feedback: Feedback is one of the most essential aspect in education effectiveness. It
useful for clearly provide information to student that what they get learn, they are going on right
direction or not and many more which means clear image of student. It includes properly provide
information throughout the different methods or approaches application. Application of this
method in education provide right and sustainable results to students, also they develop more

Grad based assessment: It is one of the best ways of assessing learners’ knowledge.
There are number of ways by which tutors can assess as well as evaluate learners’ capabilities
and knowledge such as: portfolio, exams, final projects, standardised tests. Final projects and
class test can make tutors can know about writing skills and overall knowledge of students of
particular subject. By identifying areas, where students have scored less, tutors can know
weaknesses of their lesson planning and accordingly can improve.
Diagnostic assessment: Before move on to next chapter, tutors need to know as whether
students understood main facts or not and for that they may use diagnostic assessment methods.
Some methods that can be used in this diagnostic assessment include: mind maps, flow charts,

Alternative method: Expansion of diversity within education practices Its essential term
because it improves learning quality and consistency. Having appropriate and effective learning
methods or practices mainly refers to develop when teacher highlight new methods of education
with different ways, methodologies, or practices involvement. Alternative methods are very
useful approaches because it provides help to manage various tasks with great manner. Having
appropriate and sustainable methods and practices fulfil individual student needs with great

that both of these play a vital role in education. It helps out tutors in knowing knowledge and
understanding of students and on the basis of this, they can make changes in their lesson
planning. Results of assessment makes tutors able in knowing areas of each student where they
are lacking behind and areas where they do not need to improve. Success of students rely on
lesson planning of tutors (Ozan and Kıncal, 2018.). By analysing results of students of
assessment, tutors can identify areas of their lesson planning where they need to improve by

are being asked to write essay as per differentiation strategy. By taking test as per the lesson
planning of specific subject and by analysing each answer given by students, tutors can know
students' way of answering. They can match out students' way of answering each question or
writing an essay with lesson planning, tutors can know effectiveness of lesson planning. For
example: tutors has planned a lesson and teach a standard way of writing an essay and students
have written in the same manner as well as accomplished all criteria then tutors can measure
effectiveness of their lesson planning (Gordon and et.al., 2020). On the other hand, students have
skipped some ways in which tutors have taught them as per their lesson planning then tutors can
identify areas in lesson planning where they need to improve. So, analysing essay and results of
class test is the best way for improving lesson planing.
Standardised test scores: By using standardized test score and comparing it with other
data like in class projects as well as observation, tutors can know areas in which they need to
improve for improving lesson planning. It can make students able in improving their academic
performance and knowledge as well. It can improve tutors' instructional decision.
Cumulative files: Along with essay and classroom test results, tutors can evaluate or
analyse cumulative files in which each detail of students is mentioned. There are number of
external and other factors that might also affect overall result of students and academic
performance. By evaluating these files, tutors can know reasons of poor performance and
effectiveness of their lesson planning. There are number of students who have financial
problems, learning disability and other problems. So, by reading these files, factors can be
known that may affect academic results and as per the evaluation of these files, tutors can make
changes in their lesson planning (Corominas and et.al., 2020).
So, by using all these ways or making use of results of these, tutors can accomplish their
academic goals and can increase students' skills.

CONCLUSION
It has been summarized from the above reflective study that lesson plan development
requires identification and consideration of various aspects like topic selection, time
identification, methods of learning, practices or methods and many more. It's been also evaluated
from the above study that different methods practices of evaluation and approaches provide clear
ideas and information that which practices develop more effectiveness in learning and education
distribution process. From the above study it has been also identified that for the education
effectiveness mainly requires appropriate methods and approaches for distribution of knowledge
and effective or powerful learning for student. Evaluation of lesson plan makes more clarity that
how student can learn multiple aspects with great manner. It’s been also evaluated from the study
that how teachers applied various practices for understanding all the marketing practices with
great manner and with utilization of appropriate approaches which has power to provide great
and sustainable results as well and it increases strength of learning activity as well. Also from the
last part of lesson study its been clear that having evaluation and assessment in education
provided more effective results and teachers when uses different methods or practices of both
then it works more efficient pattern.
