1. INTRODUCTION
The essence of this report determines and elaborates the lessons that have been learnt
throughout the PPMP20008 curse session. I always define myself as a hardworking,
ambitious and audacious engineering management student. I do have good written and
verbal communication skills. I want to become a junior business analyst and therefore

the lesson learnt and what exactly happened are elaborated in this paper. In addition to
that, two different improvement strategies are also elaborated in this lesson learnt
report. The task for which I was assigned –“a proper team formation”.
